@ivcrn2 It seems that you are actively connected to the tracker, are seeding many torrents, and even in the process of downloading 2 of them. Are you still having an issue? If so, is there an error message you get? If there is, what is the message you get?

RE: None of torrents aren't uploading? (Torrent app Transmission on MAC)
@fickle-0 The issue in your case seems to be a combination of two things...
-
There are no leechers actively downloading any of the torrents you have recently finished... At least not the ones that appear in your profile

You may not have your port forwarding settings correctly configured on your home network. By default, Transmission uses port 51413. This port (or the port you have changed it to use) needs to be forwarded through your home network to your computer, both in TCP and UDP in order to get proper upload traffic.

RE: QTM for Mac - please read
Is there currently an open source version of the current app that can be made available?
This would allow the open source community to help collectively collaberate and adapt it to fit any operating system and submit the code, etc for approval, or as a "beta" release for the community to post some sort of forum on in order to support it's progress and development?
If such a thing does exist, how would one go about acquiring it to help adapt it to various platforms and submit the end result as a release cantidate. Ultimately, for open source support, a forum specific to operating system could be created as they become available.

RE: Dem-Controlled Senate Passes Same-Sex Marriage Bill; 12 Republicans Support
@Rotron I couldn't agree more. Religion can be a good thing if used properly, however too many people use their religion to create a divide between them and others.
Many wars that have been fought over the years have been fought in the name of religion. The problem comes in when a religious view is forced upon the masses, especially when this view is misguided or has been spun into something it was never intended to be.

RE: Tracker not works - unable to connect to tracker
@ivcrn2 It's all good...
Properly set DNS is a critical thing to making sure things are in working order. It's good to know you were at least able to determine the cause of the issue.
As for IP address issues, there is a way to check to see if this is the issue. When it's not working, open a web browser and point it to this link:
https://tracker.gaytor.rent/stmdd/
If a stats page loads with the tracker back-end stats, then it is not your ability to connect to the tracker back-end, however if the page fails to load when it's not working, it means that you're not able to reach the back-end, which may mean your current IP address is being blocked by our DDoS protection software.
When this happens, the easiest fix is to use a VPN, or if you're already using a VPN, you may need to change VPN server locations to get it going again.

RE: Incomplete torrents on download list
@omgblank The only option is to either stop the torrent or finish downloading 100% of ALL the files. It is only when you have downloaded 100% of ALL the files that the torrents will show up as complete and seeding.

RE: QTM for Mac - please read
I'll give you a good example. Microsoft Office has a Windows Version and a Mac Version. They LOOK very much alike.
I don't mean to sound offensive, however Microsoft is a multi-billion dollar corporation that spands its offices throughout the world. Although GT is even more awesome than Microsoft ever could be (for so many wonderful reasons), due to the sheer difference in size, resources, and funding, it is not always possible to support more than the average mainstreem user's typical configuration.
That being said however, I'm sure that a lot of that also has to do with the little known fact that Microsoft owns 51% of Apple.

RE: Dungeons & Dragons goes woke
@hubrys That's rather bold of you to assume he was triggered. Nowhere in the post does he say anything about outrage, or anything else that would suggest he's triggered. It seems it may be you who is triggered enough to comment my dear.

RE: Tracker not works - unable to connect to tracker
@PojuLover I see you actively seeding 5 torrents. Those torrents do not have any leechers though, so it may be difficult for the current moment to get active upload traffic on them. Are you still having this issue? If so, what error message are you getting from the tracker?

RE: Ratio problems
@dalesc I noticed your request in the helpdesk as well. Please see my answer there. I think your situation is a little more complex than most.

RE: Are we allowed to post RapidShare.com links here?
Just to clarify one thing… Although posting of RapidShare links is not permitted on this site, is there any restriction on the content downloaded from RapidShare?
It may sound stupid, however RapidShare is something for which I have no experience.

@serenity And you are sooooooo out of touch with reality. It must be nice living in denial. I should try it sometime!

RE: Tracker not works - unable to connect to tracker
@PojuLover The only thing that comes to mind is something to do with your queue settings. Perhaps there's a maximum number of active torrents setting that needs to be changed? I'm racking my brain trying to come up with an explanation.

RE: Ratio rules … I do no think that it's working as it should
I agree that the process can definitely be frustrating, especially if you have a slower upload speed. I used to be in that boat myself, and I understand all too well how bloody frustrating that it can be.
Also, I see that you have both uploaded torrents, so I went ahead and gifted both of you a little SBP pick me up to help boost you both up a little.

RE: Thumbnail Generator Question
@mgr:
Try the program ImageGrabber - available in our download area
This may not have to apply per say to the users who run Windows 7. Within Windows 7 there is a feature called "Snipping Tool", often referred to as "Snip It". If you pause the video on any given spot where you want a screen shot, this lovely tool may be your best friend.
Generally, you can find this tool in Windows 7 under:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping ToolIf you wish to speed the process up using this tool, you can also pin it to your task bar for easier use by right clicking on Snipping Tool from your Start Menu, then clicking "Pin to Task Bar".

@lololulu19 I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Left wing or right wing... They are both of the same bird.

RE: SSL error for all 'tracker.gaytorrent.tw' torrents
@ianfontinell That's because the .tw domain is for HTTP and isn't meant to be used with HTTPS

RE: SEEDING TROUBLE
@deeteedub Ah.... Therein lies problem #2... You are using a proxy service. This causes all kinds of problems with getting upload, or more particularly, with upload reporting to the tracker properly. So it's a combination of 2 things in this case.

RE: Time for torrent approval
From the few torrents that I have uploaded, I fail to see any issue with the process of approving torrents. Granted the approval times did vary, but the process seemed simple enough and I have no issue with any decision that was made. Explanations have always been sufficiently detailed and quite reasonable.

RE: CIA behind JFK assassination, says Tucker Carlson on-air / in primetime
@blablarg18 Call me a conspiracy theorist if you must, but I've known for a long time that JFK had his brains blown out with a hallow point because he couldn't be bought.
