@ianfontinell-0 Yes... The schools don't teach anywhere near what they used to on the subject. They make it sound like you take a pill and all is well.

They don't touch at all on many of the other issues that many of us face, like the side effects of the meds, the cost of the meds, which for some, is simply not feasible, or in cases like mine, the legal challenges we face due to the stigma.

One of the important things they don't even touch on is toxoplasmosis, which is most commonly found in cat shit and bird shit. It comes from the consumption of meat that has never been frozen and never been cooked. It's why so many of us do not eat sushi, because this could literally kill us in a very slow and painful manner.

One day you're young, and the next, you have a favourite pharmacy, and a pill for everything.

This is the reality that some of us face when we are HIV+ and have a variety of other medical issues. The only thing not shown here is the Ozempic for diabetes, as this needs to be kept in the fridge.

Thankfully for me, except for the Ozempic (which is 1 stab once a week), all my meds are once daily, so I simply down a fist full of pills every morning that I like to call my "drug salad", and I'm good to go for the day.

The reality is that this only begins to touch the surface on what we (people who live with HIV) have to deal with. All of this comes at a price of about $5,600 CAD every 3 months, however between my disability insurance benefits and the $2.00 per script discount that my pharmacy applies after billing my insurance, the total out of pocket cost to me is $0.00 every 3 months. God I love Canada!

We aim to be a place where there's something for everyone, and as long as it's legal, we do not see a need to ban or censor it. While I understand that some content may not be for everyone, for those who don't like or otherwise don't want such content for whatever the reason, they can simply scroll by. After all, we are here for porn, not to be the "moral police".

Now... If there were a specific issue with a performer being known to be underage (such as Tracy Lords), then absolutely we will remove such content immediately, but as long as the content itself is not illegal, censoring it would only go against our goal to be inclusive to everyone (within legal limits of course).

While I understand where you're coming from, this isn't quite the same situation as say Tracy Lords, who was known to be underage at the time of filming, which is why they were banned.

In the case of Austin however, none of the videos that have been released have been underage, so the same potential risk isn't there in this case. We're here for porn, not to be the "moral police". I'm sure there are many other porn stars who have a troublesome personal life (LeGrand Wolf comes to mind), but we have no way of knowing it as a fact and/or there is no connection between said troublesome personal life and the content that they have produced. It's just that with this one, it's the devil we know, so to speak.

@chuckBKK Comments have been removed from these torrents mostly for veering off topic. Most of the comments on these torrents have been about his legal troubles, and have nothing to do with the content itself.

The problem comes in where many of these comments border dangerously close to the threshold of hate speech, which we do not tolerate. The comment section of torrents is not the place to discuss his legal issues, or any other such topics that are not related to the videos themselves.

While Austin may have very troublesome legal issues at the moment, this does not change the fact that the videos posted here are in no way related to said legal troubles, and as such, remain completely legal.

@ianfontinell-0 I also wanted to thank you... Disagreeing with staff, or even having a different opinion is not an issue. It's often how we learn and grow. What gives you credit in my book is that you can express this different view in a civilized and respectful manner.

So kudos to you for being able to challenge something that you don't agree with like a mature, responsible, and civilized adult. I can't speak for all staff when I say this, but at least for me, being able to approach something in a civilized and respectful manner will go a very long way, but flying off the handle, or resorting to personal attacks, or otherwise being nasty about a disagreement or difference of opinion is more likely to get a response from me along the lines of "Ouch... You hurt me right where I don't give a f*ck!"

@undercoverfl Yes... You were probably using version 7.1.1, which has known compatibility issues with our system.

@justatest90-0 He's just being an over the top drama queen because he didn't like a decision that was made. What he doesn't mention is that these torrents haven't actually been deleted, but rather, moved to a category that isn't visible to regular users. He also doesn't say anything about the fact that I have informed him twice now that there is now staff discussion about this topic, and the policy is being revisited. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he's just seeking attention and sympathy because something didn't go his way.

@dargard-0 They have not been outright deleted. They have currently only been moved to a category that is only visible to staff. There is currently some staff discussion about this very topic right now, so nothing is set in stone as of yet.

@ianfontinell-0 Well... As it just so happens, this very thing has come up in staff conversations, so we're taking another look at this. I don't know about what it would take to do this on the tracker end, but there is a possibility that this policy might change, as the padding file policy did come before 2020.

@ianfontinell-0 Wrong again... They're only "theoretical files" when you're working with the same torrent client on both ends. If you're dealing with a different torrent client however, they absolutely do get downloaded and take up space, which is part of why they're not allowed. I can't count the number of padding files I have downloaded and been dinged for because I don't use the same torrent client as the uploader.

That's the problem with padding files. They're specific to each individual torrent client. Once you use a different client, they are no longer "theoretical files" and only serve as a way of artificially inflating the size of the torrent. Granted, this inflation is very minimal, unless the size of the torrent is huge, but that's besides the point.

@dargard-0 The claim about padding files not being downloaded is incorrect. My uTorrent still downloads these files by default.

Also, the problem with not downloading the padding files is that when your torrent does not register completion of 100% of ALL the files, the system will only acknowledge you as LEECHING the torrent, which makes it count towards your maximum number of simultaneous downloads. This is part of why padding files are not allowed.

@Chaser18 I see two things going on here. The first is that most of the torrents that you are seeding on our site do not have any leechers actively downloading them. Many of these torrents qualify for freeleech, so we can help with that.

The second thing may actually be port forwarding. See, most other trackers work just fine with passive nodes. Our tracker however is different than most. It gets very picky with passive nodes, so with our tracker, it is actually critical that you make sure that the port your torrent client uses is forwarded through your home network (or VPN if you're using one) both in TCP and UDP. Without this, you will struggle with uploads.

@justatest90-0 Sadly, I think a lot of it has to do with who sees the report, and whether or not they have the energy to go down a rabbit hole. I'm always up for that challenge.

@justatest90-0 I don't know who handled them, but these definitely qualify for some follow up, which I will do.

Short answer to the question is YES... They ARE enforced. Much of the enforcement however relies on user reports when content falls short of the criteria.

So when you come across ones that don't meet the requirements, I would encourage you to hit the report button so that we can take action.
