There are threads in the Staff section about links to other file sharing sites. Unless something has changed, the Admins normally aren't too thrilled about such links. 
That torrent never should have been approved because of the link to another torrent site.
Also, it violates our rules for uploading a collection.

That seems like a good idea. Only allow the uploader to change or add pictures and edit the description after 7 days.
I'd prefer what thangcuoi suggests along with your idea, but there is a reason it might not work out.
The reason we don't allow users to edit their torrents past 7 days is because some people have went on deleting sprees when they were angry.
So, that may be 1 flaw in your idea because such users might screw up whatever torrents they can since they simply can not delete them.
Too many people don't follow the upload rules and force us to send them messages about what needs to be done so their torrent can be approved as is.
Some people never fix their torrents and they eventually get disapproved.
The flow of new torrents would definitely slow down, and the amount of new torrents probably would noticeably decrease.
Good picture quality is nice and all, but poor quality videos never stopped me from "completing a mission". 
We are aware of that issue. Nobody likes it, it does make a mess. But that's something only the owner can fix, and it's already on his mile long TO DO list.
However, owners have a limited time where they are allowed to edit their torrent info page. What if they could no longer edit the layout of the images???

thangcuoi wants to change the order in which pictures are added to download pages so users who are not the creator of a torrent don't mess up the look of the page.

 raphjd and vara81 offered up some good advice. You gotta take care of yourself too. I know how stress and anger can take a lot out of you firsthand, and it can ruin your health too.  Give it some time, and maybe they'll come around.
Families can be really fucked up, to say the least.
I eliminated the fucked up parts of my family from my life, despite my partner always trying to get me to give in, Â and I'm much happier for it.
Sadly, I realize you can't really do that due to your situation, but you can limit your exposure to the bad elements in some ways, by being short with your conversations with them and not giving into them; ie not lending them money.
I guess I am like your partner in that way. I'm always trying to get people to get along or help the situation. What you said did cross my mind, but I didn't want to suggest that just yet, although it seems like it might be the best advice since he wouldn't be severing ties completely, at least for the time being. My mother and her sister haven't spoken to each other in ages, as in most of my life. Now my aunt is in a rest home and my mother is trying to contact her. It was my aunt who decided not to talk to my mom over something that shouldn't have mattered much, shit, it wasn't even my mom's decision, it was my father and he made the right decision. Â I can't believe what a childish bitch my aunt is being, she's a jealous person too. Most of that side of the family sucks, and I'm not interesting in talking to any of them really.
I am sorry to read about your mothers poor condition, and hope she can and will get better soon.
Do you think it's possible that your siblings do love her, but can't stand seeing her so ill because it's too disturbing to them? Maybe they need some psychological help to cope with it. How old are they? What your sister did was pretty bad tho if she did get the message, not calling you back. Possibly, there is something they have against her that you're not aware of?
The only way to get over this that I can think of at the moment is to forgive them one day if you truly can. There's still a chance they might change and even apologize to you.
My BF's father has been dead for years now, and he's still angry with him. It will always be there because I know he can never forgive him, not that he should forgive him -he was a selfish, neglectful dick.

I can't remember the settings I recommended now, but it seems eventually no settings work past 3 hours.
I swear old versions of Azureus used to work here with no problem. It's what I used when I first switched to Mac back in 2006.
Maybe Tom made some changes to the tracker and I never noticed because I moved on to another torrent client by then, or maybe something changed in a newer version of Azureus.
Another user came up with some settings, but he never replied to my post asking if the kept on working. He made some additional settings.

A lot of people have problems with Vuze here jezzeruk because our tracker doesn't support scrapes. Vuze relies on scrapes too heavily. It scrapes, gets the scrape error, puts the torrent in a queued but not connected to any peers state (blue icon), scrapes again, and repeats and never does a tracker update to get a peers list.

Unless something changed, it seems the only solution (which really isn't a good one) is to use forced seeding. I never got around to trying beercan's settings though.

It says you can still download, but nothing about seeding or being able to which seems accurate so far.
