when someones tries to download a torrent, the tracker provides their torrent client with a list of the people who have the files, it is up to the torrent client to decide who will connect to who, and this involves various factors such as latency, upload speed, choking mechanism, etc. Often times firewalls play a role in preventing peers from connecting to each other, this can happen mid-way in the ISP's own firewalls, so you don't even get to know if you were blocked from connecting to someone.
Another factor is the torrent demand, newer uploads are downloaded more often, after a while they settle and very rarely someone will download it.
The only way to get your ratio up is to stop downloading and start uploading. Uploading your own files is the only granted way of increasing your ratio. In addition to that, only download freeleech torrents. Or additionally consider donating if you can.

@Varrtan007 usually I try to reverse search to find actors I don't know, more often than not it helps but sometimes takes a lot of effort. Usually it requires multiple frames to have more chances of success, and it's best to try with the whole frame.
So if by any chance you could provide uncropped frames, maybe I could try finding him.
@bomby curious that we are looking for the same video even though it's really old. I found it, model is named "Stanislav" aka dreamboat, the video is from a 2006 DVD called "Helping Hands Volume 5" produced by the studio William Higgins.

Those huge upload complaints are so typical, usually the user is using a VPN or proxy that inflates the numbers reported by the torrent client, most of the times the amount of data that was actually sent to other users is nowhere near that number.
@DreamDick recently the only studios i have been checking are Treasure Island, Eric Videos and RFC, but I also enjoy Maverick Men, HYB and Citebeur. Some names that I don't go for anymore, but still enjoy their older stuff are Corbin Fisher, Disruptive, Ment at Play and Lucas Entertainment.
