I was talking to this one guy who lived nearby me, (and mind you, he was the one that messaged me first) and asked if I would like to get a drink sometime.

I said yes, and to cut the bullshit agreed to go out for a drink that following Friday evening at a gay friendly venue in town.

He later replied and said he would love to, be he's swamped with work (so why did he did ask if I wanted to grab a drink then? lol)

So I said okay, rain check. He woudln't give me an answer back, I think he blocked me.

So yeah. Lots of gay men do this. Why I don't know. But it's getting on my nerves.

I agreee with you on this. Should be very careful nowadays. I always try to pose as that too. As I told someone and everybody knows where I am. So I kinda get the idea of using something like this. But not during a day lol. The worst that happened to me was guy not coming lol. But the danger is there and it's real.I didn't have a situation like you but been with guys alone of course. Sometimes it could've been a trap or something so I'm always suspicious but what saves me too probably is that I'm also very cocky. If someone is like "what if I tried to kill you" I'm like "you can TRY, but you don't wanna see what happens".

He's such a great guy. I only found out that he set up a gym.

Just don't be obvious or obnoxious and your fine. Most of the guys in gyms know that a lot of guys there are gay or bi. Heck, many like to tease.

jsut have discipline..constant exercise even though it is not doing heavy lift can go the distance. you will see the improvment

But I did limited the amount of information. Stopped following him on instagram. He still does. Kept him in Facebook friends but turned off all the posts. So actually I don't see anything he does unless I have a moment of weakness and check it myself. It's all about will. I like looking at him and knowing how he looks now, but yeah I guess I'll stop anonymously stalking that Insta too.

About the pushups  ;D yeah it's okay I'm actually working out pretty often haha. Though I've been in and out of the city lately so didn't have time to really settle in with a new cycle. I'm trying guys. If there comes a thought about him or just a picture of them being together I will just cut it and start doing something else. But it still happens. If I don't think about it during a day it's okay I try to restrain myself. But what about unconditional thinking? Dreams? Like I just wake up and he's the first thing I think about? Any tips on how to just drive that away? + Am I that stupid that no matter how much time passes and how he settles in his new life I still hope he'll change one day? Cause everybody is saying same things all over again and I just don't seem to listen. It's like I'm so sure he's the one, the right one on the earth for me that I can't let go.
