Hey guys. Did anyone stumble upon anyone who wants to meet you unless you follow them on some site called SAFE DATING ? they say it's for the meeting to be secure and someone to know where they're at and who they meet up with. Is this like legit? You guys had someone like that on grindr? To me it sounds like a scam or something.

Never happened to me. Anyways online dating is not necessarily safe, heck dating in general is not safe. You need to always take care of yourself. But there are better ways to do this than registering on a site. You could meet in a public place and have your friends know where you are etc..

That's what I said. We were supposed to go for a midnight stroll but oh well. That thing popped out.
I said like "ok if it's a problem we can meet tomorrow at a normal hour in a place full of people. you have my face I can give you a phone number too, get it to police or whatever you want" and he just stopped replying 😄 But let's be honest - would anyone.. actually do it? Would someone log and follow? Too much effort lol. At first I thought it's a bot but it wasn't. He assured me i's not a scam

I wouldn't waste any of my time with him. He doesn't sound like someone who is looking for anything serious, if he is not a bot. Maybe you should do an image Google search with his pictures. You would be surprised what you can find.  :blind:

It's never happened to me. But oh fuck I've been stupid before. I was lucky i never met a psycho. I've met people in the middle of the night at their homes. When I was 17, I met a married guy who picked me up at night and took me to his far away giant home with no one else in it. I remember at one point he took something from the kitchen drawer and I seriously thought he was gonna kill me. Holly shit that could've easily been a horror movie. I'll never do that again. Be careful guys and tell your friends where you are going. I understand sometimes us being horny and other people want privacy and would like to remain unknown, but fuck, it could be horrible. I also think it's not a good idea to portray yourself as a prey. Let them know your not alone and people know where and who you are with. Make sure they look like their pictures, videochat or ask for more recent pictures (that's also good so you're not disappointed and waste your time).

I agreee with you on this. Should be very careful nowadays. I always try to pose as that too. As I told someone and everybody knows where I am. So I kinda get the idea of using something like this. But not during a day lol. The worst that happened to me was guy not coming lol. But the danger is there and it's real.I didn't have a situation like you but been with guys alone of course. Sometimes it could've been a trap or something so I'm always suspicious but what saves me too probably is that I'm also very cocky. If someone is like "what if I tried to kill you" I'm like "you can TRY, but you don't wanna see what happens".
