I was on it as a post infection treatment and I unfortunately learned the hard way about one of the common side effect. Over long term use, it can do irreversible damage to your GI system. As I often put it, it broke my pooper. Even now, many years after not having taken it anymore, and I still have issues with frequent diarrhea. Granted, my issues now are no longer to the extent that they were, and are also no longer at a point of sudden incontinence, but I pay the price to this very day for that decision. That said though, GI system aside, it kept me alive and otherwise healthy for many years, and considering some of the side effects of some of the alternative treatment options at the time, a broken pooper is but a small price to pay.

RE: Democrats throw "birthing people" under the bus
@raphjd Here's what I don't get.... If a woman has sex with 100 men in a year, she can still only produce one full term pregnancy. On the other hand, if a man has sex with 100 women in a year, he can produce 100 full term pregnancies. Remind me again why we are regulating women's bodies exactly...

RE: Can't seed anymore! uTorrent says offline timed out for each torrent I was seeding!
@opengls This is a sign that you are being blocked by the DDoS protection software and may need to use a VPN to get around the issue in order to connect to the tracker.

RE: Can't seed anymore! uTorrent says offline timed out for each torrent I was seeding!
@shiningstar As long as you get the stats page, you are able to reach the tracker's back end. I suspect based on the fact that you were not able to pull up the stats page that you may have been getting blocked by our DDoS protection software. If you're able to see the page now, you should be back up and running now.

RE: Can't seed anymore! uTorrent says offline timed out for each torrent I was seeding!
@shiningstar There are many things that can cause this to happen. First, we need to see if you are able to reach the tracker's back end. To do this, please try to open this link:
https://tracker.gaytorrent.ru/stmdd/
Does this link open a stats page, or does the page fail to load? This will tell us where to look next to figure out where the problem lies.

RE: Having trouble with seeding my uploads
The easiest way to work with this is to copy or move the contents of the torrent into the folder that qBitTorrent downloads into by default. This will simplify things when you come to adding the torrent into qBitTorrent.

RE: Incorrect bad ratio reading on UTorrent
@leo2003 The other option is you can finish downloading ALL of the files in the torrent, however this will obviously have an impact on your ratio.
-
RE: Incorrect bad ratio reading on UTorrent
When you do not download 100% of ALL the files, your torrent client will register you as "seeding" the torrent, which does not count towards your number of downloads in uTorrent, however the tracker will still say that you're "leeching" the torrent.
The only way to resolve the issue is to find which torrents you have not downloaded 100% of all the files and stop them, or to finish downloading ALL of the files.

RE: Connection closed by peer
@bijicjic This can also happen if you're using Windows XP. Due to some security upgrades and the lack of updates to support them in Windows XP, you are now unfortunately limited to using the non-SSL tracker. You can do this by disabling the SSL tracker option in your profile.
As well, you can change the tracker URL manually on your torrents by modifying the beginning of the URL
change this:
https://tracker.gaytorrent.ru/to this:
http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710/ -
RE: Just started getting Usage Violations -
@raphjd You are correct. I run a cross between Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linix, depending on what system I'm on.

RE: Re-download Torrent I already Downloaded?
If you still have the contents of the torrent, you can always download the .torrent file for the torrent, without it affecting your ratio. Just make sure that the contents of the torrent are in the folder where your torrent client downloads into by default before adding it to your torrent client, and it should start seeding it instead of downloading it again.

RE: 404 Error logging in -
It seems our server needs some precussionary maintenance.
For those of you who don't know, precussionary maintenance is the technical term for smacking something until it works.

RE: Importance of VPN?
@my5butt I would be very careful with a free VPN. Not all VPN providers are the same, and if it's a free VPN, the chances of actually being protected in all instances in case of copyright trolls is not guaranteed.

RE: Am I allowed to use two clients at the same time for difference torrents?
@saymyname109 Yes... Two torrent clients on the same computer, or two computers with the same or different torrent clients on the same IP address is not a problem. The system will give you no issues with this.
The only time the system will give you an issue is if you use two accounts on the same device/IP.

RE: Account suspended
Thanks for admitting that you have several different accounts, and that your sole purpose is to cause trouble. Are there any other accounts that you would like banned for violating the rules and continually insulting staff?
-
RE: Account suspended
Allow me to give you a quick reminder that insulting or flaming of staff is not something we tolerate. If you disagree with a decision that has been made, that's fine, but you MUST express your disagreement in a civilized manner.
Second, the torrent that you are referring to @Surmelin is not the torrent that was in question. It was a torrent older than 7 days old, which cannot be modified by anyone other than staff.
On that note, if you see a torrent that you feel goes against the site rules for some reason, the appropriate response to have it handled is to open the torrent information page, then click the "Report" button and state your reason for why you feel that the torrent does not follow the rules. Doing this will NOT result in any punitive action being taken against you, as you have not done anything wrong. Going ahead and posting racist hate speech filled crap on a torrent on the other hand is a surefire way to land you in hot water.
Remember…. Your first amendment rights only protect you from GOVERNMENT action being taken against you. They do not however protect you from spewing racist hate speech in a PRIVATE forum such as this.
So as I said... If you disagree with something that has been said or done, that's fine.... Just make sure that when you respond to staff with your disagreement and your point of view, that you do so in a civilized and respectful manner. Telling staff to "go buy a brain" is not exactly a civilized manner of handling things. Furthermore, responding to staff by being downright rude and resorting to name calling isn't going to get you very far. I am more than willing to engage in a civilized conversation about a topic, where it may even be possible to change my mind on something... But the bottom line is that insulting staff and/or flaming them is not going to get you anywhere other than the banned user's list.

RE: Account suspended
How about you tell the whole story? I translated the German text and it did NOT say what you claim it said.
Instead of being polite and asking questions, you chose to flame me, so I extended your warning from 1 day to 3 days….
When you continued to flame me again, your account was banned for flaming staff.
Nice try though... I just love when the psychos of our site try to play the victim.
Perhaps next time, you should try not to flame the staff.
