@MrMazda I suppose that makes some sense. Tops are under pressure to "perform" whereas bottoms are always ready.

@pupkinvasya aka fboyfinn, apparently.
@remixafter-0 You can ask where you might be able to find specific content, but you cannot request that somebody add it to the site. Requests have been banned for a long time now, and posting them can get you banned.
@lololulu19 I'm not about to waste my time humoring your need for attention by scouring the web until I find something that will satisfy you. Not my job.
The simple fact is that you can't get your head around the issue. According to you copyright isn't an issue at all, yet you can't stop banging on about it. I'm pretty sure you said in the past that you've had content removed for DMCA, so this all sounds like bitterness. Just get the fuck over it and move on with your damn life.
What exactly are you hoping to achieve with all the posts on this topic? Do you expect the site owners to say "Oh, well Lollicopters said we're ok, so I guess we can ignore everything else." I've got a better idea. They should just respond to all DMCA takedown notices by providing your contact details and let you deal with it. Job done, and it might give the rest of us a bit of peace and quiet!
Thanks guys. Some interesting reading there.
I always expected there to be a sizeable difference in pay with mainstream studios when compared to something like Raunchy Bastards, who seem to use newbie models and usually have them only do 1 scene. You wouldn't expect top-notch pay for that, but working regularly for an established studio with exclusive models, high production standards and a huge fanbase you'd obviously expect a bit more.
I hadn't heard about the Armond Rizzo thing before, but it's good to see that there are people in the industry who are willing to take a stand.
@lololulu19 Well, I'm fairly sure there was one with Dennis Reed topping in it, but you don't like him so don't know if its worth looking for...

@frostycab You have never "wasted your time scouring the internet" for the nonsense that does not exist.. Yet you never fail to state that the internet is flooded with examples of gay porn copyright violations which have gone to trial and there was a conviction.
Maybe because people have had enough common sense to settle before their case ever sees the inside of a courtroom? Of course, if you are so convinced that your position is right then go forth and enjoy yourself safe in the knowledge that if you believe it then it must be true.

There have been a mountain of COMPLAINTS of STRAGHT porn videos that are alledged to have violated copyrights. Almost all these complaints were made by the obscure straight porn studio "Strike 3 Holdings". Not one of their complaints ever made it to trial.
I don't know how you think this comment helps your case. You've always made a big thing of "gay" porn specifically not being able to be copyrighted to to being definitively "obscene." Now you're saying that even though a straight studio has brought cases against people those too have never made it to court. Once again, do you not think that they probably just settled rather than go through the whole waste of time and money involved in a court battle?
Interestingly, here is a quote form the law site you linked to, though in the interest of full disclosure for all the members like me who are NOT IN AMERICA AND NOT SUBJECT TO US LAW this article only consider the US legal system. I've highlighted the most relevant portions:
"Congress did not make clear if it intended to extend protection to every kind of work. Copyright law does not identify specific content that is ineligible for copyright protection. As a result, copyright law protects pornography because content-based restrictions on copyright eligibility could abridge the freedom of speech of the First Amendment. That said, obscene works do not receive First Amendment protection. In Miller v. California, 413 U.S. 15, 93 S.Ct. 2607, 37 L.Ed.2d 419 (1973), the United States Supreme Court found that the First Amendmentโs freedom of speech does not apply to obscenity. Specifically, under Miller, obscenity is found when the average person, using contemporary community standards, would find that a work appeals to the prurient interests, depicts or describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by the applicable state law, and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. Thus, the First Amendment protects pornography โ if it is not obscene.
This brings us back to the question of what is obscenity. Applying the above test, does the average person find depictions of gay sex offensive? Blah blah blah... There are a lot of conditions in that definition of obscenity, and they'd all need to be shown to apply for any specific piece of gay porn to be considered obscene. Now consider that all of this only applies in the US, and every other country has it's own laws and definitions.

And again.. if someone thinks that this site is breaking the law (it is not), then that person needs to disable their account and leave.
Honestly, do you ever actually take a minute to read anything you write before you press the submit button? The site isn't breaking the law because it complies with DMCA. If it was to ignore DMCA entirely then you might just get your wish and have the whole thing put to the test in a court of law somewhere, but thankfully the powers that be aren't dimwitted buffoons who are going put the whole site at risk to satisfy your need to feel validated.
Here's an idea, why don't you go and take this up with Joker and see if you can convince him. After all, you could be preaching to the choir on the forums but that isn't going to change anything. I'm sure he will welcome the opportunity to partake of your informed and inarguable wisdom. He's not an easy person to reach though. What you need to do is contact helpdesk with this code-phrase: "Please delete my account." and they'll put you in touch. It's not a trick, I swear!

Seems to me that there is a rule on this site about impersonating a moderator.. which you have repeatedly violated... just saying.
To put the record straight, not once has he ever claimed to be a mod. If you think someone has to be a mod to tell you to stop waffling on constantly then you're wrong. Just saying.
I think @john32123666 is probably right. Some of the new scenes from various studio include limited hard-coded subs, but they don't add much. In all honesty I suspect it would involve much less time and effort to just learn the language than it would to find subs for most of them.
@john32123666 Sorry to be so ignorant, but can I ask what "w/c" means? You use it a lot on the forums and I can't work it out. Every time I see it I automatically insert "week commencing" which is what it normally means in the UK. LOL
@MrMazda Thank you so much! I get that in theory all uploads are to be appreciated, but it's wonderful to hear you confirm that this is one person simply spamming the same crap over and over again as he seems to be doing on multiple[le sites. I do find myself wondering about his motivation though, as his uploads are so small that they carry little to no benefit in terms of upload credit.

His latest video seems to be "Bareback Salesman" from 2023
Don't believe everything you read. That film is probably a compilation of ancient scenes cobbled together. I suspect in reality he's long retired from professional porn.
To make the point, I looked up Dennis Reed's filmography as his name cropped up the other day. He's still being credited in around 80 films since his death in 2016, with 10 of them being released this year.
Not really, mainly because I'm not a fan of needing to scroll within a page, especially with pics. For example, www.gay-torrents.net requires you to scroll to see all the pic thumbnails on the left of the torrent page, right where I leave my mouse ready to hit the download button. It's not awful, but it's an annoyance for me.
@TopMachoBear-0 If other forum users are anything like me then they simply click on the "Unread" button at the top of the page to see anything new that's been added, so chances are they'd see your post regardless of where you put it. Best just to pick the most suitable forum and post in that.
@lololulu19 Watch out. You might get lumped in with him/her
@wehadit-0 Have you tried clearing your cookies?
Smaller than it was at the start of the day. I ran a duplicate finder through my 18TB drive and got 2.5TB back! Yay!
Now I can move 2.5TB from one of the 3 5 TB drives that are also overflowing....
