I have seen no evidence of this when it comes to porn and DMCA. There are ample examples of judgements for infringing porn copyrights. Googling Corbin Fisher is an easy way to find several of them. There are also other studios/producers who have sued and won.

with all due respect, a number of people here have said they are only seeing it on this tracker. Personally, I am seeing nothing like this on the other 5 trackers I use regularly, and I've been seeing it here solid for 5+ days.

I see something like this when my sign-in is about to time out. Usually if I click on the torrent I'm trying to preview I get a 404, sign back in, hit the back button a couple of times, and then it works.

I don't know if that's what you were seeing or not.
