I have seen no evidence of this when it comes to porn and DMCA. There are ample examples of judgements for infringing porn copyrights. Googling Corbin Fisher is an easy way to find several of them. There are also other studios/producers who have sued and won.

with all due respect, a number of people here have said they are only seeing it on this tracker. Personally, I am seeing nothing like this on the other 5 trackers I use regularly, and I've been seeing it here solid for 5+ days.

You can do something similar with iafd.com as well. They sometimes have actual release dates, but I randomly looked through some old Bel Ami listings and found mostly just years there as well.

Hopefully someone with more technical knowledge than me will chime in and fix what I get wrong here.

1. improperly configured VPNs and firewalls that are not actually accepting incoming requests
2. seedboxes that are hung and not responding.\
3. countries where it's not possible to seed fully, like India (this is a version of 1, but out of the user's control).

Because of the situation you've observed, it makes sense to honor reseed requests and help reseed even if the torrent is showing a small number of seeds. I do this when I can, though I don't really need the upload credit, to try to keep torrents alive.

There's definitely a group of these guys who appear on a bunch of similar cam channels. They also use the same set of (I assume rented) studio spaces. I've seen the last one with the open stairs to the left on numerous channels. Also the one with the spa/small pool.

All of these are in Medellin, I think.

I see something like this when my sign-in is about to time out. Usually if I click on the torrent I'm trying to preview I get a 404, sign back in, hit the back button a couple of times, and then it works.

I don't know if that's what you were seeing or not.
