LOL.
You believe in jackbooted "freedoms".
You have repeatedly said you support mandates that force people to get medical treatments that you deem they must have.
That's bullshit, and you know it. I believe that companies and governments have a right to require people that work for them meet certain requirements - being vaccinated is a perfectly reasonable one.
But people have the right to say no! What they do NOT have is the right to say NO without consequences!
Look, what's happening in Chicago right now is a confirmation of how this works:
- The mayor says all City Employees - including Police - must submit proof of vaccination by a certain date, or they'll be put on "leave without pay" status until they comply or are fired.
- The Police Union says "we won't comply" - and as a result, about 1/3 of all Chicago Police may be off the job in the coming weeks (without paychecks - that's the price they'll have to pay for their "freedom" to say no)
- The City, on the other hand is now looking at a critical shortage of Police Officers - not easy jobs to fill these days! And that's the price THEY have to pay for their "freedom" to require vaccinations of all employees.
One side or the other MAY decide the cost is too high, and relent... but both sides are within their rights and freedoms to act this way.
In your Russian homeland, this would never fly - this is utter chaos to someone as new to Democracy and Freedom as you (or at least your handlers) are... but this "chaos" is common in the Free World... But it'll work itself out...
- The City could carve out a loophole for the recalcitrant cops
- The City could start replacing the newest of the recalcitrant cops with new, vaccinated cops - and work their way up the ranks!
- The Cops could relent and take the shots - but under protest.
- The 2 sides may meet and come up with a more elegant solution.
What is NOT NEEDED is for someone - someone outside - to come in and attempt to force one side or the other to move... they each have their freedoms and their rights, and they're seeing the cost/price of exercising those right now - and it's up to them to make their own cost/benefit analysis and decide for themselves accordingly!
NOTE: Let's take this opportunity to make a distinction:
- The City demanding that their employees get vaccinated is a RIGHT - they have the RIGHT to make reasonable demands - like that all Police Officers attend and pass the Police Academy curriculum.
- The Police Officers who object also have a RIGHT to determine what goes into their bodies!
- These RIGHTS can COEXIST! Where the City would be BEYOND their RIGHTS would be if they tried to JAIL the police officers who did not comply! That would deprive them of their FREEDOM, and that would therefore be a violation of the police officer's RIGHTS!
- Neither side has the authority to say their rights supersede the others' - they are equally entitled to their positions.
- This is NOT UNCOMMON in Free Societies...
Counter this, you are absolutely against mandates and laws that do silly things like creating gender-neutral toy aisles and the like.
Absolutely - but this is NOT an apples-to-apples comparison. There is no health crisis around gender-neutral toy aisles!
Nazi: noun
historical: a member of the National Socialist German Workers' Party.
derogatory: a person with extreme racist or authoritarian views.
derogatory: a person who seeks to impose their views on others in a very autocratic or inflexible way.
The last 2 definitions clearly relate to you, based on your stance on the vaccine, masks, and whatnot.
Not surprisingly, Dear Uncle is clearly described under the last 2 definitions. Hell, even by his own words, he's a dictator.
You are a Troll Doll - a puppet of the Russian Troll Farms - anyone who disagrees with you - anyone who is against your position that the Government should enforce YOUR views, and no one else's - is a NAZI...
You're a pathetic excuse for a Republican... Even Trump doesn't go that far!
You only believe in the rights and freedoms of humans that you deem they should have while believing that businesses should have unlimited rights and freedoms.
The hyperbole here is in your use of the words only and unlimited... take that away and you get the statement that:
You believe in the rights and freedoms of humans that you deem they should have while believing that businesses should have rights and freedoms.
Add the word "too" to the end, and drop the unnecessary "that you deem they should have" and you have a statement I'll gladly sign on to:
I believe in the rights and freedoms of humans, while believing that businesses should have rights and freedoms, too!
As for your butt-sore-ness because I pointed our your Russian-based "outsider-looking-in" status, well, complain to Putin... he should re-station you in the US if your credibility is of a concern to him... (I don't think it is of concern to him - he feeds you such shitty information, he already knows you have no credibility!)
