We know that if the ideologies were reversed, liberals wouldn't shut up about it, and rightly so.

Palmdale CA police arrested William Aslaksen, 64, after he drove his Jeep into a crowd of vaccine mandate protestors.

Despite what our resident fake conservative will say, this is Domestic Terrorism, even though a liberal did it.

Finally, you've found someone who's actions at least come close to "terrorism" to claim the mantle of "domestic terrorism"!

Although, technically, to be a "terrorist" attack, the people attacked are supposed to be "mostly innocents" and the intent is supposed to be to further a political view. In this case, the only people he hurt were people he was "protesting?" against... no "innocents" (in his mind - I don't think for a moment that the protesters deserved this attack - they were all "innocents" to a point!)

Still, this isn't exactly a "bomb a government facility" or "march down the streets in [insert minority: black|asian|gay] district, burning down everything" incident... no, this looks more like the guy just lost his temper over the issue (hot heads are not hard to find at these rallies/protests!) and did something stupid (and bad).

Summary: Guy did a bad thing... a very bad thing... domestic terrorism? close call, maybe barely, maybe not - depending on how broad you want your definition.

But it's an improvement for @raphjd! In the past, he'd look at a slice of bread on the floor and declare the whole building a bakery!

          Blah, blah, blah

          More typical shit from you.

You will justify anything a liberal does. That is the kind of POS you are.

            https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/uscode.php?height=800&def_id=18-USC-1828319891-1415921653&term_occur=999&term_src=title:18:part:I:chapter:113B:section:2331

Below is the legal definition of "domestic terrorism" under US law

            domestic terrorism

            (5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that— (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended— (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States; and

As we see, our resident fake conservative lied to everyone, about what is or is not "domestic terrorism", other than his usual downplaying what liberals do so they don't seem so bad. It's like how he lies about 6 Jan being an "insurrection", even though the DOJ says it's not according to the law, which is why no one was charged as such. It's also why he keeps downplaying the year + of BLM and Antifa riots, looting and murders.

              Here's the US criminal code the definition comes from;

              18 USC § 2331(5)

So - the nutjob who drove his car into the demonstrators wanted to change the Government policy?

Shithead (pronounced: sheh-thead): the Government policy ALREADY requires the masks... the PROTESTERS were the ones wanting the change in Government policy...

That said, no one is arguing that the dude acted badly... only that this might not rise to the level of "terrorism"... which your quotation would seem to support... but I'm no lawyer (and neither are you)... we shall have to wait and see what the LAWYERS decide! (and if you can find a lawyer who ISN'T a "scum-sucking lawyer" wrap them in plastic and send them to a museum!)

Before you get your dick in a knot - I'm not supporting the use of a vehicle as a weapon against people you're arguing with (or who are demonstrating against your point of view) - I'm ONLY arguing that your use of the term domestic terrorism may be overstating the case here... but to be clear: this one is at least close enough to argue about, which is a far cry from your other accusations of "domestic terrorism" which you've ascribed to everything from a botched robbery attempt to a protest march that remained peaceful throughout...

But you do you, @raphjd - if you've proven anything, you've proven that you cannot be corrected, and you equally cannot be agreed with... you just want your voice heard - without interruption or interference from anyone else!

people forget that the VIOLENT wing of the KKK is entirely comprised of democrats. The non-violent face of the KKK are the republicans. Believe it or not.. there are even jewish and black members of the KKK.

Whenever there is violence, or a war, you usually find democrats at the core.
