He doesn't like to look at videos that don't match what his Chinese/DNC masters tell him is "reality".

He will claim that anyone against voter fraud is that way because Trump lost, even if you have a long history of being against voter fraud before Trump ran in 2016.

Well, I did - and the Sheriff has made allegations that the Election Commission (made up of both Democrats and Republicans) broke the law by allowing for "special circumstances" for voters in nursing homes to enable them to vote.

Needless to say, the commission (all of them - including the Republicans) say otherwise.

@raphjd continually promotes remote incidences of voting "irregularities" as-if they were part of some broad-spectrum mass voter fraud... all in support of the continued "Lie of the Century": that the 2020 election was somehow "stolen" from Trump.

Were there voting irregularities in 2020? Sure! There always are! But there were FEWER in 2020 than there were in 2016 (broadly speaking) - even though millions more people voted in 2020 vs 2016.

Did the Election Commission overstep their authority to allow these nursing home residents to vote? Maybe - but that's for the attorneys and a judge to decide.

BTW: When these things have been brought up and heard in OTHER states, the judges - many of whom are Republican appointments - have ruled that there were "exigent circumstances" and found no evidence of fraud or other illegality.

That's not to say a Wisconsin judge might differ... but you'd think the Tumpites would tire of wasting money on attorneys at this point!

As for @raphjd's other attempts to provoke me back into an "insult war", I'll defer... I'm not that bored tonight...

First of all, I'm not demanding anything. I'm not complaining about "the volume of content being uploaded by users". I'm very aware that this is illegal sharing and so are you and guess what, we are both still here. Actually, we are both still here since 2008. I've been contributing with a lot of content here and helping users with their requests since then without expectations.

As I said, if users were choosing to upload fewer files I wouldn't be complaining at all. This is not what this is about and we both know it, so don't try to make it sound like I'm complaining because there aren't 'enough' torrents being posted.

I'm just saying that me, as well as other users, would LIKE TO KNOW why every single file is being deleted, that's all. I was very polite both times I messaged the admins. The only one being agressive and with an attitude for no reason here is you. There's just no need for that.

My apologies if I "went off" on you - but it annoys me when people complain about things they're getting for free. If you honestly want the content that isn't here, pay for it! It's the "sense of entitlement" that riles me - and that comes from my job... sorry if it rubbed off here.

What I was trying to make clear is that the STAFF here aren't taking down videos because they don't like them, or the uploaders, or anything else - with the exception of uploaded content that is barred (like duplicates, and illegal stuff [pedo, snuff, etc. - read the rules yourself])... in fact, you likely can't see it, but there are categories for straight porn here, as well as (nasty to me) scat!

This place goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to allow almost

@raphjd - a site administrator - confirmed above that the suspicions aired here from the start were correct... the removals are because of DMCA takedown requests.

An argument could be made that, "hey, we know we're "stealing" content here, why not ignore the DMCA requests?" - But the site advertises that copyright holders can request, and they will comply, with valid DMCA takedown requests! They own the site, they make the rules!

Also, as has been pointed out already as well: while the current "fad" seems to be targeting the OF content, they are far from the only content pulled. I have uploaded probablty 2-3 TB of Helix and NextDoor content (my collections there are nearly complete), and another 4-5TB of Sean Cody and Corbin Fisher content (my collections there ARE complete) - and because I post in "collections", they usually get DMCA'd after a month or 2...

But, I get a notice in my mailbox that the content was removed for a DMCA complaint. Also, there's no penalty on here for losing an upload due to a DMCA complaint.

If you are an uploader of OF content and your posts are disappearing -- WITHOUT a note from the staff as to WHY it's gone, -- open a helpdesk ticket! 100% of my uploads that have been taken down in the past have been explained to me why they were removed.

IMHO, the ONLY people due an explanation for removed content are the uploaders themselves. (And in my experience, the staff has always done that for me.)

The Drs don't like it, the hospitals don't like it, and the plaintiffs attorneys don't like it... only the defense attys (who are employed by the hospitals) like it - because it helps them hide from lawsuits!

Because the ACTUAL employer is a private company, and because he signed an "at-will" employment contract - 16 years ago - there isn't anything the Dr can do but put up a new shingle elsewhere... which is sad.

Again, this is an issue where @raphjd and I will agree that it's "wrong", but he will want to have some kind of Gov't interference (laws or rules), where I think that, although it's unnecessarily convoluted - and done so for a nefarious purpose - it is, as the laws are right now, perfectly legal.

We need to fix our medical system in the US - if this were the UK, or Canada, or Australia, then this Dr. would have been employed by the Gov't owned hospital, and would have been protected by the 1st Amendment... But THAT is not why we need to fix our healthcare system! It would just be a byproduct.

This is a "final action" taken by the court because Flava Works has consistently delayed and otherwise defied prior court orders.

Details:
Back in 2014, the owners of FlavaWorks filed suite against Adam4Adam.com (a gay hookup site, as-if you didn't already know that!) alleging copyright infringement - specifically that Adam4Adam was using their (FlavaWorks) content in advertising, promotions, and other online content for Adam4Adam.

FlavaWorks further claimed that multiple DMCA notices were filed with Adam4Adam and were ignored.

Long story short, FlavaWorks lost in court - badly. Further, the court awarded Adam4Adam court costs (that's a very bad sign). But as-if that wasn't bad enough - FlavaWorks essentially ignored the court awards and judgements, then thought that playing musical lawyers (6 different attys since 2014) would let them continually delay... it didn't work.

In 2019, out of frustration, A4A filed for a "seize and sell" order to get what they were due from the earlier court judgements, which the court has now granted, as-of this past July (2021). [Courts DO NOT move quickly!]

Needless to say, FlavaWorks is appealing... the owner released a statement to the effect that they are trying to "clean up this mess, not going out of business and have filed Chapter 11 to reorganize these" debts. (NOTE: the actual quote said "reorganize these debits", but that's a word-choice error).

Stay tuned - but if I was a paying subscriber to those sites, I might be worried about my investment there...

The result is that 61% of people - people like Joe the homeless guy who actually didn't make enough money to buy a pair of $20 shoes last year, as well as people like Warren Buffett and Jeff Bezos - who made enough money to seriously dent the National Debt! - but who have an army of accountants who scour the tax code and find ways to make all of that income non-taxable (or offset by Gov't "tax credits," "tax deductions," or "write-offs.")

It is true: the only people in the US who pay taxes are the working poor and the working middle-class. The poor don't and the wealthy don't... and it's all legal - which is a crime against humanity!

If you listen carefully to the police chief's comments (included in the video), all 3 (perp and 2 injured victims) were known to each other and involved in "high risk behaviors"... and no one was killed. Long story short there being... they'll all be back!
