As expected, this discussion has been derailed horribly so I will end it by letting the words of Steve Bannon finish my point:

RE: Our President called for the deaths of five innocent black teens
By "endorsing" you mean he didn't blame every tiny bit of violence on them. That he also blamed the left for their part in the violence.
"Also" my foot. He claimed there were good people on both sides. There are no good white supremacists or KKK members, never have been and never will be. He endorsed white supremacy on LIVE TV Tuesday and has been endorsing white nationalism since before he ran for president. It wasn't both sides that ran over and murdered a woman, only one side did that. And please, spare us all the deflection of bringing up BLM and other irrelevant topics to this discussion because BLM didn't run that woman over either. A white supremacist did. And he did it in the name of our president just like David Duke and the rest of the white supremacists marched in the name of this president. The time for deflection has run out and the reality is sinking in, which is why Bannon has now been kicked out of the White House.
This recent horrific situation and the president's approval of it directly ties in with him still to this day wanting five innocent black men DEAD.

RE: This Presidency is Over
It's hypocritical for the left to talk this way, after their butt hurtedness over the right talking the same way about Obama.
Thank you for proving #45's behavior is indefensible. Your use of the Obama Card is greatly appreciated raphjd.

RE: Our President called for the deaths of five innocent black teens
This recent situation of our president endorsing the KKK and other white supremacist groups put this thread directly into context, now doesn't it? This is why our bigoted president still to this day calls for the deaths of 5 innocent black men who have been exonerated of any wrongdoing. It also proves that it's not just Steve Bannon and others who pushed the president towards embracing white supremacists; he's been a white supremacists and has argued for the deaths of innocent black men far before he ran for president.

RE: This Presidency is Over
His 3 ray rolling average has been stuck in a 34-38% cycle since late-June. Hopefully once the recent actions fully take effect, he will go below that 28% point. Some Republicans are still holding out hoping that some big tax plan or another piece of major legislation will pass. That's why I said he will officially become a lame duck president during the Fall when a few major issues (debt ceiling, budget, tax reform, etc.) come up and FAIL the same way the ObamaCare repeal failed.

RE: This Presidency is Over
It's not about what I want to see, it's what this country needs. We don't need a bigot who welcomes the support of white nationalists and white supremacists as our president. It took our president less than an hour to attack a CEO who withdrew from his pointless manufacturing council, but two days to say the KKK and other white supremacists are not good people. And then he reversed it and said they were good people the next day. I'm sure NOT all of the people who voted for him–-a defined minority since he didn't get the popular vote by over 3 million---are white supremacists; therefore, his support will continue to drop among them. The president is supposed to be the president of all people, not only the people Steve Bannon and Stephen Miller tell him to be the president of. I'm sure the 77,000 people spread across Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan are done with him and they were the few people who got him the win. He did not win those states by hundreds of thousands or millions of votes, he won by an average of 25,000 from each of those three states. This embracing white supremacy strategy is not the only thing that got him the win, him lying about making the lives of those 77,000 people was the biggest factor. And what are they seeing? A president who has not made their lives better and is constantly picking unnecessary fights. Once he gets below 28% approval, known as the point of no return, he will officially be a lame duck president.

This Presidency is Over
It doesn't matter that he's fired alternative nutjob Sean Spicer. It doesn't matter that he's fired Reince Priebus. It doesn't matter that he's now fired supreme bigot Steve Bannon. This presidency has been labeled, the credibility is gone and the numbers have hit them hard. This is what happens when you build your administration on white supremacy and white nationalism. There will be no tax cuts. There will be no legislative victories. No one is even talking about the Supreme Court pick because it did nothing to tip the balance of the Supreme Court. The Fall will be the official end of this presidency when the government shuts down and the debt ceiling isn't raised, but it's already over now. My only hope is that our coward president won't call for his white supremacist followers to cause harm to innocent people around the country. That would be devastating and we'd have to get the UN to let other countries invade here to stop those disgusting, murderous white supremacists.
Still, seeing a white nationalist like Bannon get booted from the White House is a good thing. It won't save this administration, but it was good to see.

RE: Erasing history… doomed to repeat it
I don't need to see statues of Robert E. Lee everyday in PUBLIC places to know he was trash and he supported American slavery. I don't need to see the Confederate Battle flag everyday in PUBLIC places to know it's the battle flag of the Confederacy that wanted to secede from the United States of America. America WON the Civil War and we are a part of America now. Abraham Lincoln, a Republican, was opposed to the Confederacy, so why is the Republican party trying to hold on to memories of the Confederacy? Democrats were the party of the Confederacy, right? So if there were no party realignments, why is it the Republican party that is now fighting to preserve the memory of disgusting traitors like Robert E. Lee?
And if you think for a second that history will repeat itself now that black people like me are not slaves, you have another thing coming. This isn't the 1800s and this isn't the 1960s.

RE: You are Broken
One of the major problems with this Forum is that the Moderator (or one of the moderators?) is in NO WAY ATTEMPING TO BE NEUTRAL. Instead he is a far-right extremist whose use this group to spread his own fanatical, ultraconservative posts and whose replies adding to the anger and dissension and frustration with and in this group.
I stopped posting here several months ago after getting a warning for criticizing an rude and vile post made my that Moderator.
I am posting this message now to suggest the place to speak about this problem is NOT in this group, but to contact the OTHER MODERATORS on gaytorrent.ru to report this ongoing problem.
But like others here, I now have no desire to be part of this group (again). I only looked in here – after avoiding it for months (I am so very glad it was REMOVED from the front page) -- to see if things had improved.
:cry2:
**This needs a moderator who honestly tries to be A MODERATOR. :police:
. . .
Do you think submitting a complaint to the Helpdesk will help change things? Because this forum is way out of control and obviously raphjd is not willing to be the moderator right now and at least promote honest and adult-level debate. So many users have stopped participating because of the toxicity level here. The childishness is definitely out of control and so is the constant spamming and multiple posts in a row by certain members. How can we honestly debate politics when one side makes a valid argument and the other responds–-or begins arguments---with conspiracy theories or constantly deflects and derails the debate? It is so toxic here that members are withdrawing. Something has to be done about this.**

RE: I'm done
I agree Adam, this forum is toxic and it looks like none of the moderators are making an honest effort to fix it. You now have users on here advocating for blowing things up; joking or not, this has gotten way out of hand and there's no one trying to get this forum into a better place than where it currently is. This is why it was removed from the site's main page. You still have constant deflection when trying to argue about very specific situations, you still have trolling going on, you still have the childish name calling; nothing has gotten better on here and it's sad. This is supposed to be the Politics & Debate forum, not the "I'm only going to defend our current president by repeatedly bringing up our past president and an irrelevant Democratic candidate" forum. The Obama and Hillary cards have expired. We have a president who is dividing our country more and more every day, and his defenders on here refuse to hold him accountable for anything. This forum is turning into a conspiracy theory safe space and it's a joke. I propose creating a conspiracy theory sub-forum and moving everything not based in reality to that sub-forum. If not, then I will be appealing higher up about this because it can't keep going on this way.

RE: Trump criticized for not saying what the moonbats wanted him to say fast enough
It only took him 53 minutes to denounce the CEO of Merck for quitting a work group.
It took 2 days for him to denounce a NAZI terrorist attack on US soil.
Tell me how long it took Obama to use the word terrorist? What's that? He never did?
By the way, Trump and his sons denounced the KKK during the 2016 campaign. Obama never denounced any muslims.. in fact, Obama did quite the opposite. He was always full of praise for Islam.
![](https://www.gaytorrent.ru/bitbucket/The Obama Card.jpg)
I thought posting the same garbage such as that Monopoly card over and over again.. several times a day.. was against the rules. Are you going to report yourself?
Funny, I never have a problem finding new things to bury the moonbats with. Here's another new one..
Youtube Videowant more? I can easily come up with hundreds of these.. perhaps thousands.
If so, then I should also report you for constantly deflecting and derailing arguments with irrelevant nonsense with the simple intention to troll. Do you want to go there or is it fine for me to reply to you with the Hillary and Obama cards you obviously keep asking for by bringing them into situations that have nothing to do with them? Why is it so hard for you to frame your argument without bringing in irrelevant topics/people?

RE: #45's comments today change nothing…He's still a lying coward
Trump supporters know they have screwed up. It's tough to admit it but there is still time. You can still right this wrong Trumpies.
Yeah, I agree that they know they've screwed up. However, their time has run out. Prior to the incident in Charlottesville, #45's approval rating had already dropped somewhere between 31-34% according to Gallup, which is a very accurate and reputable polling source. Well all know what's going to happen to those numbers once new polling is done with this horrific incident factored in. This was his chance to have a rallying moment around the White House and he ruined it with that first statement. You have to get it right with your first comments when you are the president because people want to know they have a credible, competent president who gets it right immediately. He failed to condemn every single group by name that caused all of this trouble in the first place. One of the representatives of one group, David Duke, stated on LIVE TV the president by name as the reason for why the racists showed up. David Duke literally proclaimed, "We are doing this because the president promised us we could." This presidency is effectively over and any Republican who defends this openly will go down with it.
You know whose approval ratings are lower than Trump's? all of the moonbats.. including Hillary! :hehe: :hehe:

#45's comments today change nothing…He's still a lying coward
It took the lying coward 54 minutes to condemn Kenneth Frazier–-the CEO of Merck & Co.---because he stepped down from #45's manufacturing council due to the president not wanting to strongly condemn what happened in Charlottesville. He used harsh terms within a 54 minute window to condemn Frazier. Yet, it took him over two days to rightfully condemn white nationalists, white supremacists, neo-nazis and KKK members BY NAME. This is the president we have. This president is someone who will go on the attack against a man standing up against #45's cowardice but refuses to strongly condemn disgusting bigots who caused the death of an innocent woman.
He began the press conference---in which he took no questions---by taking credit for the economic gains that clearly began before he took office. Who does that? After a tragedy has happened, who goes on LIVE TV and brags about the economy? A WOMAN IS DEAD. As far as I'm concerned, this president has ZERO credibility left; he's heartless, he's a blatant liar, he's a coward and above all, HE IS A BIGOT. Anyone who puts the needs and desires of white supremacists and neo-nazis before the needs and desires of ALL OF US is a BIGOT, no doubt about it. I will never believe a single word that comes out of his mouth after this and neither will millions of Americans.
Notice: I am stepping back from condemning the people on here who support this president. I am not going to assign his bigotry to you just because you support him. If you want to continue to support him for whatever reason, I'm not going to condemn you for it. When reading my comments, separate your support for him from MY PERSONAL OPINIONS of him.

RE: White Domestic Terror
What happened was downright awful, but what do you expect when we have a coward for president who will not seriously condemn white supremacists and has various white supremacists working in the White House? More situations like the one that happened in Charlottesville are going to happen because we are stuck with a poisonous highly unpopular president who is giving a voice to white supremacists like David Duke.

This presidency is effectively over and he will go down in history as the president who promised a safe haven for right-wing murderers like James Alex Fields Jr.
You have a very short memory. The country was a virtual shooting gallery during the 8 year regime when Sheik Obama occupied the White House.

RE: Would you vote for Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg for president?
I would never vote for him because Facebook sucks and I don't want the man who created that monster running for president AT ALL. He has no place in our electoral system and would probably cheat using the internet experts he exploits. If Zuckerberg becomes the Democratic nominee it will be the first time I do not vote Democrat. The guy is a phony and it's sad so many people do not see him for who he really is: a "fake care" liberal who has no real plans to solve any real problems.
We AGREE!  :cheesy2:
He will probably run.. but won't get past the primaries.
He might have a world of problems before 2020.Yeah, this is our only common area of agreement
After the horrible treatment of my brother, I have removed my content and information off of Facebook. He was reported multiple times for criticizing BLM and they terminated his account. He didn't call BLM a terror group or anything like that. He simply stated he disagreed with a lot of the things they say–-although he agreed police brutality against black and brown people is a serious problem---and he was immediately labeled a "coon" by other black people, "self-hating" by white people and was accused of "promoting the deaths of young black men," for which his account was terminated for. Facebook is trash and is anti-free speech. Zuckerberg is trash. -
RE: Republican Town Halls
Now they're really going to be scared to hold them. What Republican wants to–-on live TV in front of their constituents---justify a #45 and David Duke worshiper running over people in Virginia and killing a woman?
