There's one guy, I don't remember his name, but I know his work when I see it, who uses Topaz AI and uses standard settings of 200% and whatever AI preset. The stuff comes out pretty good and isn't insanely huge.

I live in Scotland and I can tell you that the new hate speech law isn't liked, outside of certain groups.
We don't have enough staff to check every torrent, so we rely on them being reported. Of course, staff will deal with something when they come across it by chance.
