RE: Not sure why I'm not able to download
In your case, I think the problem may be related to a system glitch. I have done a reset on your account, which should fix this problem.

RE: Addis Miller - Torrent Avail
Plot Twist: I'm using a VPN, so what shows up in the peer pool cannot be traced back to me or even my ISP.

RE: Trackers : offline (timed out)
There are many things that can cause this. To find out if it is our DDoS prevention blocking you, please open the following link:

Does this page load to a stats page, or does the page fail to load?

RE: I cannot send message
You have already passed the 6 month mark, so something more may be going on in your case.

RE: Seedboxes Have Torrent Size Limits?
5 MB is large? I think not… Even 5 GB shouldn't be a problem.

RE: Increase Ratio
This depends on the modem and router equipment that you're running. Within your uTorrent settings, you'll see a setting for the incoming port number. This is the port number that needs to be forwarded. Again though, how to do this depends on your home network equipment.

RE: Increase Ratio
I don`t get it, because I am on the other gay torrents website and even when I download something hugely popular, with loads of seeders, I still end up uploading with high speeds and getting a 1+ ratio. Here, I download something similar and once the download is finished, it completely stops uploading. And I don't close my torrent program, ever.
I don't understand why there is a difference between to the two websites?
I know freeleech is the way to go, and I don't have a horrible ratio, but I would prefer it to be higher, obviously.
Is it just the popularity between to two websites?
I genuinely want to increase my ratio here.
This sounds like you might have a port forwarding issue. You need to make sure that the port that your torrent client uses is forwarded through your home network or VPN to your computer, both in TCP and UDP. This is a critical, yet often overlooked step necessary for getting proper upload traffic with our tracker.

RE: Reseeding - do they refresh in the active torrent display
Generally, they will stay on the last page, but I'm always looking for older less seeded torrents to freeleech and or promote, depending on a few factors. If you have any suggestions, I can definitely see what I can do about assisting you with helping make the torrents more popular again.

RE: New here. Can someone explain the point of points?
SBP can be used for either upload credit to help your ratio, or can be used to buy invites to invite a friend to the site if you are a power user.
Good ratio is when you seed back as much as you download. Points on the other hand do not affect your ratio unless you buy upload credit with them.
Freeleech is a wonderful thing. When a torrent is freeleech, downloading it will not count towards your download total, thus it's free to leech.

RE: What's happening with the membership affiliation programme links ?
As far as I am aware, the system is invite only. The affiliate link thing will not work.

RE: Ratio fixing suggestions
As a general rule, seed, seed, seed…. Sometimes mods like me will look over users at random and look for low seed torrents that they are seeding to freeleech and/or promote them to help users get upload traffic. This can also be done upon request as well. Unfortunately, if you're not seeding your torrents, no amount of assistance that we can offer will really do much help for you.

RE: New Design
The search field in the mobile version is very small and you cannot see what you are typing, every time I need to switch to the desktop version on the cell phone. Could they adjust?
Turn your phone sideways?

RE: Want to share into the "Anime Games", but can't upload rar, zip, or exe?
We had a large number of virus uploads starting to come in from many users. To combat this, we have currently disabled .exe, .rar, .zip, and .scr files.
We are in the process of revising this to allow for certain categories to have certain exceptions, but for now, they are disabled across the board for security reasons.

RE: Low UL speed but fast DL speed
It should also be noted that some ISP's (depending on where in the world you are) will throttle a user's network traffic when they see P2P traffic across their network. If this is the case, your best plan of defense (for a few reasons) is to invest in a VPN. This will hide your traffic from your ISP, and will give you an extra layer of protection while on the internet.
Also, looking at the torrents in your profile, it does not seem like there are any leechers actively downloading the content. This could be another aspect of the problem.

RE: Ratio not increasing
It should be noted that your torrent client only updates with the tracker once every 30 minutes for each torrent. As such, there is a delay in your stats updating. On that note, with most torrent clients, when you close your torrent client or otherwise stop a torrent, any data that has been transferred since the last tracker update is generally lost. So closing and re-opening your torrent client is part of the problem.
As well, the stats on the site only show the total amount transferred for the current session. If for some reason you stop your torrent and restart it, the stats associated with that torrent on the site will reset back to zero until you transfer more.
Use of a VPN should not affect your stats at all, however if you use a proxy server on top of the VPN, this may explain the issue as proxies do not allow for proper traffic flow for new connections back to your system (among other reasons).

RE: QTM uploading issues
This error means that another file with the exact same size and exact same filename already exists somewhere in the system. When doing an upload with QTM and getting this error, it can be quite difficult to find where it is on the site.

RE: How is it decided who has the duplicated torrent?
I think it would be pretty obvious that the one posted first was the original and the one posted later was a duplicate…
Actually, there's a little more to it than that. We consider anything that is in the same format container but has less than a 10% size difference to be a duplicate. As well, there is the issue of the original being dead in some cases. Generally in these cases, the duplicate upload is kept.

RE: Appropriate torrent size
Depending on your upload speed, splitting them into smaller parts may be better, because then you can get each part torrent out faster by seeding only one at a time until they take off.
