RE: Should You Discuss Your Sexual History with your fuck date, date, b/f? When?
My opinion: the past is the past. Your lover doesn't owe you blackmail material. You don't owe your lover a litany of bad choices you've made. Whether in the number of lover or 70s hair styles or the time you thought about joining a cult.
You do owe a person you love the present where you don't compare them to nostalgia about previous partners, whether good or bad.Health issues are a matter of the present not the past. If you want to have a serious relationship you have to take the risk of being rejected over HIV status or disabilities. One of my disasterous relationships involved finding out AFTER I was in a committed relationship that my boyfriend was bipolar. It got more stressful until I left - I found out that the last 2 years out of 6 he had decided to go off the meds that made him function.

May those who mourn recieve comfort.
May those who are injured recieve healing.(Anything further and I'll be called a Moonbat.)

RE: Who should be the first gay character of the MCU?
Let's see.
I'd like to see Captain America come out as bisexual.
In (both of) the source materials - Loki is not straight. He is pansexual in the comic books (and Intersex in Norse mythology.)
If they ever get the Mutants back: Iceman, Richtor, Anole, and Northstar are gay.
Deadpool is supposed to be pansexual in the next movie.
Kraglin from Guardians of the Galaxy makes more sense as a gay man.

RE: Why God! Why are tattoos popular? Why, why, why?
I remember my parents freaking when I got an ear pierced in 1979. It was becoming a trend for gay men to have a single ear piercing. Other than the military or jailhouse tattoos men rarely got tattoos and women never got tattoos.
Maybe there were slight fluctuations in popularity but there had been a definite long term trend toward increasing the acceptability of body modification. -
RE: The Inhumans. Did you watch? What did you think?
I'm watching it later today.

RE: Straight pornstars you wish to see in gayporn!
Jordi el Nino likes playing the role of the 'boy next door who is a bit of a rascal'.
Since he does threesomes with other men (MMF) I wonder why he's never done bisexual (MFM).

RE: Do you wish you were attractive?
There are things that can make one less presentable: poor hygeine, bad haircuts, clothes that don't suit you (PUN ALERT), garish make-up.
If you wish it is easy to correct those.

RE: Why God! Why are tattoos popular? Why, why, why?
Popularity of tattoos has risen in tandum with various other forms of body modification: piercings, body-hair removal, and scarification.
What had been the rebellion of one generation (punks in the 70s) became a marker of 'cool' and then became the norm for the next generation.

RE: Ben Affleck "The Best Batman Ever" – blasphemy, yeah or nay?
What I mean about the Lego Batman character being the most accurate….
While there's a pretty broad range for Batman characterization in the comics - none of the live-action movie Batmen show any of the derangement and personality problems that are core to the character. Without that edge of serious personality problems the villains tend to be more interesting than the Batman.
Lego Batman had both the superficial playboy persona of Bruce Wayne with the cynical and manipulative loner Batman as alternate versions of the same egomaniac who is convinced that he can take on supervillains with expensive toys.
I did  Heath Ledger's Joker. I'll make the argument that his character was the anti-hero of the movie who did more to expose the corruption of Gotham than Batman ever managed.

RE: What is the dominant religion where you live and how does it affect the gay peop
I live in English Canada which is dominated by "Mainline Protestant" churches. 50% of Canadian believers belong to one of three churches: Roman Catholic (dominant in Quebec), Anglican, or United Church of Canada. These churches tend to be socially liberal on most if not all issues.
Evangelical/Charismatic/Fundamentalist Christians are about 7% scattered the country. At slightly above 8% there are more non-Christians than Evangelicals in Canada.
Arguments concerning evolution, global warming, or the need to punish the poor for being poor aren't a part of the mainstream religious discourse in Canada.
One thing that Americans may find particularly ironic concerning gay rights in Canada. The right to same-sex marriage was won by a Protestant Church (MCC) demanding the right to decide who could be married within their congregations.

I'm in teh group that thinks Will Arnett in Lego Batman was the most accurate version of Batman yet.

RE: Kingsman, Golden Circle (1 shirtless Taron + Channing dance)
I'm hoping to see it next Tuesday.
To be honest, I find a lot more guys sexy wearing clothes than not wearing clothes. I like the images of Channing Tatum as a cowboy.

RE: Post the last movie you've seen and how you rate it
And Edward Scissorhands was a legend rather than a fairytale. It didn't have a romantic/happy ending.
