      @mhorndisk:

It's funny because I have a "warned" next to my name, because they reported me to the mods for saying, "nobody cares what you think."

I suspect there was a little more to that warning than that report.  Do I have to remind you of " Obama is a Satanic Whore" or "The NWO Can Suck MY Dick!"  I only reported you for creating a topic and posting 4 replies before anyone else weighed in in a record 9 minutes.  I still don't know how you managed it.  I have to wait 300 sec (5 minutes) between posts.  Are you spoofing your IP address to get around this?

Frederick, strangelove and mhorndisk think their green bar length is like cock size.  That's why they care about the down-voting.
Even if they both do it arbitrarily and without reading the posts, that hardly makes them trolls.
The true troll is the one who creates a new topic simply to criticize other users.  It has no place on any board.

    • RE: Liberal Violence: Liberals smash beer bottle over conservative man's face in NYC

The Huff article I posted  cited statistics from Germany only.  Yes left-wing incidents were higher.  Here are the stats again:
"here were 1,408 acts of far-right violence and 1,608 far-left attacks in Germany in 2015, up from around 990 and 995 respectively the previous year"
So total number of attacks was 3.016, of which 47% were rightist and 53% were leftist.  That kind of margin wins an election, but doe not support your argument that there is a disproportionate number of leftist attacks, And the massive increase was noted on both sides, but I will grant you it rose faster on the left/ . Up 42% on the right and 62% on the left.  But you have been arguing that there is an exlusive problem with violence on the left. Furthermore, this is Germany.

Back to America. An iteration of incidents is not statistics.  I gave you an list of 28 attacks carried out by the right in the week following the election.  Your article cites 34 incidents in a year.  Really? you guys are so innocent?
But realistically simply listing incidents is not scientific.  It is called anecdotal evidence.  I have searched for American statistics similar to the German ones, but could not find anything.  The FBI keeps track of hate crimes, but does not track crimes inspired by "political hate."
I will admit violence on the left appears to be on the rise, but I don not think it is out of proportion to violence on the right. This has become a conservative talking point since the shooting in Alexandria. It received very little attention before then.

As for the beer-bottle incident.  I have two common-sense questions for you.  One, if the guy's hat was on the floor, hoe did the guy with the beer bottle see it?  Second, the incident was not covered by any of the New York Papers, including the New York Post, which is very Pro-Trump..  I know you may not trust main-stream media, but this type of "juicy" news usually gets a lot of attention.  I am not saying it didn't go down, I am suggesting it was not a political crime.
Once again, refrain from using ridiculous slurs to describe my reasoning or arguments. By not directing the slurs directly at me does not exonerate you.  There are over 170,000 words in the English language.  I am sure you could find a few to make your feelings known without childish insults.  Buy yourself a thesaurus.

I am not saying he was the aggressor, I am saying he was attacked because of a perceived slight against the aggressor's girlfriend. The MAGA hat comes into the story only because that';s why the girl gave Val sass.  The guy who hit him could care less about the hat.  If he as an innocent victim, or reacted only in self defense, he would not have been arrested with the other two.  Get it?
Not a political crime, anymore than a guy wearing a MAGA hat being the victim of a pickpocket.

We need comprehensive immigration reform . Perhaps we should increase quotas for legal immigration.  Many illegals ar employed in low=paying manual labor jobs that no American citizen wants.  It is also been reported that the crime rate among illegals is actually less than the general population.  They should get a chance at citizenship like all immigrant waves that preceded them

Yes.. and even though he got let off the hook instead of being keel hauled.. or even given a warning like I got.. he's still bitching and complaining.. and blaming it on the GTRU quoting system.

And then today.. he starts right up where he left off.. posting more fake news, making baseless accusations.  Demanding proof when he offers none.
But.. looking at the red and green lines, apparently, the moonbats aren't fooling many people.  This is why despite the looney, fraudulent polls, and the biased media.. Trump won the election.  People are not as stupid and gullible as the media would have you believe.  The moonbats are just the biggest whiners and complainers.  They are like the noisy wheel that gets the grease.. or the straight crying baby that gets a pacifier in their mouth.. or the gay crying baby that gets a pacifier stuck up their ass.

You never responded to my apology and I have waited 10 hours now.  You have posted on several subjects since, so I know you have had the opportunity read it, although I suspect you never did, so I am quoting it here:

Liberals like to whine about posts, yet not a single liberal reported a post that clearly violated the rules by a person who jumped in to the thread solely to flame me.

Where are the 40 reported posts I'd get if the same thing was done to a liberal?

I don't know which post you are talking about but why would someone report a post about the moderator to the moderator?

Because your an idiot.. that keeps badgering the moderator, and trying to cause problems.  You also continue to flood the forum with your off-topic spam.

While this message of mine is also off-topic, I just got done posting a lengthy, illuminating, repudiation of the topic at hand  in this thread.

It appears someone is back to their ad hominem logic again.

Oh, and I believe the rule popping into a post just to flame was just broken, no? Oh moderator!

Yeah.. you just broke that rule.. again.. and in the same comment complained about it.  You are less than worthless.  Is that ad hominem enough for you?

      CORRECTION;
Sorry, I thought that was adam, not sutieday. I hate quoting within quotes multiple times, and got confused with all the deletions. Sorry.  I will include all the quotes here for clarity.

My original response holds true however, with one minor change

Sorry, Fred, No rules broken on either side.  Ad hominem attacks are lame, but not forbidden.  You, by definition, cannot "pop in" to a topic you have created are already participating in.  You just have proven your own childishness by returning an inappropriate ad hominem attack with one of your own.
You both have shown how responses get out of hand and away from the OP.

I freely admitted my mistake.  I confused sutieday's post for one by adam.  That's why I said that an author of a topic cannot "pop in" on his own thread.  I apologized and corrected it.  What have I gotten in return?  More abuse.
You are so proud of your green line, yet if I posted a poll about whether this OP was justified. I think you would loose unanimously. In fact, I don't think you would come out on top of a poll about whether you should be banned rom this forum.
You clearly are here to flame and troll.  You post only to provoke your opponents.  You are uninterested in true discussion and debate.

Finally, where is the fake news and my demands for proof while offering none?

    • Trump's Conflicts of Interest and Profiting from the Presidency

This is a continuation of another thread on Don Jr.–-

      1.  Trump has not divested himself from his company. He is imply handing over day-to-day management to his sons.  Does anyone think that they never discuss business?  Even if they did not, Trump ran his company since getting out of business school.  He knows it intimately and knows which of his policies will be good for it and which will be bad, even if he is not sitting in the CEO chair.

      2.  Trump gets free publicity for his properties every time he visits them.  He has been to Camp David only once.  They raised the initiation fee at Mar-a-Lago from $200,000 to $300,000 after he was elected.  The Trump Hotel is now the place to stay for lobbyists and foreign governments who want to curry favor with the White House.  (Drain that Swamp!)

      3. While nothing has been proven, it appears that Kushner has been using his position in the administration to contact foreign bankers seeking financing of the skyscraper elephant at 666 6th Ave in NYC, which carries a 1.5 billion dollar mortgage.  His sister used his name and position in the White House to promote a real estate deal in China.

      4.  Ivanka wears her own clothing, jewelry and shoes to major public events that get wide television coverage, garnering free publicity for her brand. I'll even let the Kelly Ann Conway infomercial slide, because I don't think that was done with malice.

      5.  When Trump considers any legislation that affects real-estate prices, tax reform or the economy, he cannot help but consider how it will affect his own company.

The President and Vice President are exempt from federal prosecution of violation of ethics laws, but that does not mean that he should blatantly ignore ethical guideline.  We don't ask much, just that he follow the example of the previous 44 presidents.

    • RE: Moonbat madness.. they forget who is part of the administration

You need to apologize for the OP, because it was based on a misunderstanding of the facts at hand.  Jared Kushner reported the meeting with the Kremlin lawyer in June of 2016 (and specifying he was there with Don Jr.) in his updated application for security clearance.  Both were part of the campaign at that time, and given the Russian meddling, any contact is suspicious and needs investigation. The topic has shifted to the Trumps profiting from their positions, but that was not part of your OP.  I am happy to start a new thread on the topic.

I am still waiting for you to accept my apology for my mistake in falsely attributing a quote from sutieday to you.  It was an honest mistake and I have posted a correction

I think you owe me an apology for posting a new thread on my mistake before waiting (less than 30 min) for a response from me.  Or are you like our President who only apologizes when it threatens his survival like grabbing women by the pussy.

    • RE: German antifa man calls reporter "nazi pig", pushes him to the ground

I don't condone violence of any kind, but these scuffles at protests hardly represent a tend in liberalism writ large.
I also searched for the relevant videos and articles to see for myself.  I am not trying to explain away anything, but simply want to share my impressions.

"  Lauren Southern had piss poured over her head because she questioned SJWs. " I couldn't fins two separate videos, but the one I did find showed her being sprayed with a few drops of what was later identified as red fox urine, which is used to repel rodents and other pests.  Certainly unpleasant and unjustified, but it's not like someone peed in a bottle and poured it over her head.

"setting a girl's hair on fire for wearing a Trump hat. "  The girl in question smugly poses in front of anti-Trump protesters for a photo. Someone behind her takes a bic lighter to her hair, probably singeing a few strands.  It is actually difficult set someone's hair on fire without an accelerant. Certainly the only flame was the two second the bic was lit.

"stop touching my breasts" incident where a women kept shouting that as an excuse to assault people" . This one is much as you describe.  That woman is bat-shit crazy and pushed someone off of a ledge.  She should be in jail.

"feminist cuck who punched a woman reporter for asking an uncomfortable question about feminism. "  After watching the video, I am appalled that a man would strike a woman, but if you listen to the moment of the strike, and where it appears to land, It seems that he was trying to knock her camera away. She claims "you just punched me in the face." but didn't cry out in pain or even flinch when the punch landed.

"Mouldylocks and her empty wine bottles" . I don't know what she was doing with her empty wine bottle.  I couldn't find any videos showing her using them as a weapon or throwing them. I suspect she wasn't drinking wine from them, and was probably up to no good.  The report that it was a Molotov Cocktail was debunked by snopes.  And you conveniently ignored what happened to her.:

The guy punching her is a white supremacist.

EDIT:  I just noticed the guy in the yellow jacket that says "Jesus will judge you" kicking someone on the ground.  I am sure he is a die-hard liberal SJW

I don't think I found the SnigglyPuff video you are referring to.  The one I found shows her pushing a blonde, again apparently to knock the camera out of her hand.

I also don't think I found the video, or even a story about feminists using violence to prevent people from getting into a Milo speech.  The only video I found shows a college-age woman, alone in front of some doors kicking a trash can and screaming what seems to be a PMS-induced rant.
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3hQlskyVBQ
This was posted by Milo.  In the video it is followed by someone challenging a woman removing Milo posters and clearly trying to bait her.

But my biggest objection is to what these protests have turned into and I think both sides are responsible for this.  In the old days of the sixties and seventies, public protests were organized to bring attention to certain issues. At times civil disobedience was used purposefully and at times they turned violent. In general, they were well organized.  Now, everyone wanders around with their iPhones out, hoping to capture a viral video that will support their cause on social media. Many times baiting tactics are used to provoke that violent or angry "moment."  The two opposing sides mingle, setting the stage for scuffles. Both sides should be trying to convince the populace at large of their agenda.  Neither is going to convince an opponent.

    • RE: Praising Your Leaders Versus Trolling Your Opponents

      @raphjd:

It was a blatant lie by CNN to fit their narrative.

She DID NOT call for calm and peace.  She called for blacks to burn down the suburbs.

CNN knew this because they later posted their own "full" copy of the event.

You assign a motive to the mistake because it fits your narrative.  It may have been maliciously edited, or it may have been carelessly edited for time.

My point is if a YouTube user "BlacksforPeace" posted the edited video, how would know it had been edited? The media brings such things to light.  I don't use YouTube much, but are confident that a deceptively edited video will be exposed by another YouTube user and posted in the comments so you can easily find it?

I was just saying that the EPA enforces water quality laws, even in Flint, MI.  :crazy2:

Are you suggesting, then, that the federal government enforce voting law, which for the most part, are laid down by the states?
The EPA was enforcing (or not) Federal water quality laws.
There are a. handful of federal voting laws which the federal government could endeavor to enforce, but FBI agents at polling places would be a very bad optic.

You are exacerbating. You repeatedly say that you want all of us to obey the law, but don't trust the government to enforce it.  That leads back to anarchy, not a law and order society.

I imagine that secretaries of state verify citizenship in the usual way, by confirming place of birth or naturalized citizen status.  That should not be difficult, because for those born in the state, the state itself maintains the birth records. There is no such thing as a federal birth certificate.  I really am unclear on what your point is?  Are you suggesting that the secretaries of state do not check and just rubber-stamp the DMV record?

There is no controversy here for liberals, conservatives, muslims Mexicans or illegals.

The accused will stand trial.  If convicted he will be sentenced. When, (if ever) he completes his sentence, he will be deported.  We do not deport convicted criminals. To do so would be tantamount to releasing them without punishment.

How could you even think that there would be a shred of doubt in this case.  Or were you making a snide joke?
