If it were my system, I'd probably wait to see if it glitches again... depending on the UPS you have your system plugged into, it could also have been caused by power fluctuations... or a dozen other rare things... without a system log, or the ability to visually inspect the MB, it's all conjecture (this is me talking, not my tech)

Believe me, I LIVE by the mantra: if it AIN'T broke, DON'T fix it! 🙂

I would fault the customer there - E-ther and I-ther pronunciations are generally considered interchangeable in English... I don't think there are "rules" about when one gets used vs. the other.

My example above wasn't intended to say one was correct and the other not, rather that I personally use both pronunciations!

I believe the resurgence (so to speak) of the w/ trend is because of Twitter, and it's limitations in how may characters can be in a tweet.

As someone that's worked in the medical field for the past decade, I have often used the '+' and '/' to quickly scribble out an order or notate what happened for the patient.

And @bi4smooth is correct in how to write the '+' and '/', so it is quicker, especially when you're trying to scribble out a note/order as fast as possible and get to the next patient.

Most likely your ISP is blocking the ports you use to connect.
In your torrent client, open up your preferences and change the port you're using.

If you have an OLD router, or have otherwise manually opened ports or configured port-forwarding, you will need to change those settings too.

These terms (as well as the term "bug-chaser") were far more common pre-PrEP. Porn studios today strongly encourage their actors to use (be on) PrEP - not just for their own protection, but also to alleviate "tension" on the set. Mind you, they still test - but when everyone in the scene is on PrEP (which implies being HIV-, and being regularly tested for HIV so that you can remain on PrEP), there is far less "trust" needed...

If you want to have a clean look, then use a hair remover cream if you can. Do a safety test before going crazy.

Shaving will cause in-grown hairs and skin irritation. You will need to use a new blade and may have to change blades depending on how much and how course the hair is.

That all depends on the tech-level of the position you were interviewing for! If you're interviewing to LEAD a group of developers, it's important that you know the tools and the skills of the people you're leading, but far less important that you know all the little details (that's for your future reports to know).

Also, often, potential employers want to know the kinds of environments and frameworks you have experience in - because they know their actual application is so unique, they'll never find someone with the EXACT skills needed... so they KNOW they have to train you for their unique environment - but they want to have a good idea where they'll have to start.

When I interview potential SysAdmins or Configuration Managers, I want to know if they have any background working with infuriating clients (like our government clients), or have experience in a DevOps environment (which we are still transitioning into), or have experience in automation tools.... we don't care which tools you used in the past, once you've learned one set, learning another interface isn't the hard part - you already have the mindset!

Well if you base it solely on statistics, it is far less likely, actually less than 1% chance of contracting AIDS/HIV during oral sex in general even if you swallow. For AIDS/HIV to take effect in your body it has to go into the bloodstream, meaning any break in your skin will most likely allow entry of the virus. During oral sex, unless you have open sores in your mouth or a wound in your gums/oral mucosa, then the danger of contracting the virus is really quite low.

Anal sex in general is very risky especially if unprotected for the bottom/receiver. The anal mucosa is quite sensitive to friction so penetration of the penis usually causes breaks in the skin of the anal entry, thus allowing the virus from the cum to penetrate. Which is why we really do advocate penetration with protection! Hahaha hope this kinda helps 🙂
