I personally just shower after a workout and head home. Shaving, moisturizing etc I do all at home, but as much as convenience of not having to bring it all with me to the gym as self-consciousness doing it in front of others.

I see guys doing the full shave, teeth-brushing, etc routine in the locker room tho. Seems like overkill to me, but I don't know what their circumstances are, so maybe they have a good reason for it.

There are two conflicting discourses that are popular in our current time. One saying that porn is actually good for you, that it gets you to discover and explore new things, that it's liberating, etc. And the other saying it's actually the opposite, that you should avoid it completely.

Thing is, just like any drug, the frequency and amount will be key factors to what negative impact it'll have in your body. Quitting any drug is hard, but sometimes it's neccessary.

As an addiction, you put a considerable amount of your thoughts and free time into using that drug, the primary thing to successfully rehab yourself is to occupy your mind and your free time with something else. You can go out with friends, go to the gym, run, binge watch movies or TV shows, start playing a new game, all sorts of things.

The act of downloading and watching porn becomes just an habit after some time, you just do it and that's it. That's until you stop, then you'll definitely feel super important, you'll feel like you're missing out on good porn that you might never come across again, all sorts of thoughts like this.

But just like any habit, it's just a matter of consistency and time. Whatever you pick to override your addiction, make it something you enjoy and are able to do with the same frequency that you watch porn.

Your torrent client is reporting that you are using port 64789, so either you have to change the port number in your torrent client or in your router and make sure that your computer has a static IP address on your home network. This can either be done in the router itself in the DHCP settings by binding the MAC address to an IP address, or can be done on your computer locally. If you take the latter option, you need to make sure that the static IP address you assign your computer is OUTSIDE the DHCP range. I cannot stress that enough.

Taken a fist as far as the wrist a few times, but not as often as I'd like. It's hard to describe for me. It can be a uncomfortable at first, but it depends on your own state of mind and your connection with your partner. Being fisted by someone you know and trust is so much easier than with a stranger.
