We know the shine and polish that we tend to get from Hollywood (or any industry) and when they refer to "access" they are claiming it's an honest and open view behind the shine and polish.

There was/is a show called "Access Hollywood" that claims that they get the truth because they go to the source rather than the publicists and mouthpieces for the industry.
