True enough for many aspects of life. But in the case of Ratzinger and his pedophile chessboard actions, advanced legal systems (from which he was well protected) try to ascertain whether guilt can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. A judge or jury follows the demonstrable facts, witness testimony, etc. and arrives at a conclusion based on the preponderance of credible evidence.
