I don't care about smooth or hairy, but I like it to be natural. I don't like natural hair being shaved: It leaves stubble, razor burn, and IMHO looks weird.

RE: Possibility that HIV is man-made
Does it matter that match? At least now it can be controlled.
I think it does matter. If people who believe baseless conspiracy theories about HIV are unchallenged, they can believe baseless conspiracy theories about other things…like 5G mobile towers cause coronavirus, or the Earth is flat. Some of these are silly and harmless (like the flat Earth), while others can cause harm in society.

RE: Trying underwear before buying it
I did once–in a Calvin Klein Outlet store. Officially that's not permitted, but I'd had problems with their sizes before...bought some "large" underwear that was way too big, and I couldn't return it. So I didn't feel guilty.

RE: Queer symbolology – Rainbow VS. Pink Triangle
I think we need both images, whether combined or separate. Persecution (to the point of imprisonment, if not execution) was the norm almost everywhere little over fifty years ago, and still exists today in many places.
Many folk today take marriage equality and Grindr for granted, not realizing that even a visit to a gay bar used to land people in jail and public humiliation. It's helpful for everyone to review a documentary made in the US in 1967, "The Homosexuals," on here at https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=948777ed0f9ce1aa3f627acd8bc2072ff297e1ac3f2a209a .

RE: "I seed 24/7."
When I started this thread, I thought that the phrase "I seed 24/7" was a generic tag used by many people. After doing some searching, it would seem to be one user (or bot), as the torrent descriptions all start with "I seed 24/7 MEDIAINFO:"
I'm still not sure what the value of that phrase is: It might have true when the torrent was uploaded, but there are lots of torrents on the system with this tag that are dead (meaning nobody is seeding them)–some as recent as a week ago. Of course, saying something in a torrent narrative isn't a permanently binding commitment; at the very least it means that the user is continuously seeding the torrent after uploading it, which is required by rules anyway. If, though, the user is seeding hundreds of torrents along with the new one, it's going to be a slow process (as MrMazda notes above).

RE: ANGER MANAGEMENT, when leaving comments in Torrent presentations:
A good norm to follow is to have comments (on torrents or in the forum) be about the topic at hand, not about other people. It's one thing to say "I don't like movie (or politician) XYZ," but quite another to say, "You're an idiot if you like movie (or politician) XYZ." There is, unfortunately, a lot of the latter going on, especially in the forum. It's probably a necessary evil, as the alternative would be to have our already overworked monitors policing every comment.
An important exception to the "principles, not personalities" rule would be giving thanks to someone for their efforts, such as a well-crafted torrent upload. Torrent quality seems to be drooping, so positive reinforcement of a job well done can benefit all of us.

RE: Do you have a problem with jerking off at the restroom in your workplace?
Not a good idea to associate choking your chicken with your job.
As the wise old rabbi said (more in the context of having affairs in the workplace), "Never put your meat where you get your bread."

RE: Terence McNally has died
May he rest in peace, this covid thing is just a mess, did you know they rebranded death and put the covid sticker on it? The test they are using now where made to detect lung cancer, nothing else, the creator made the test back in the 80's and he specifically noted test should not be used for a pandemic or for the reason they are using it now …. most people would test positive because it accumulates the genetic material or code, most people tested now would have a positive result, everyone who is dying in hospitals are labeling cause of death as covid-19 and that's why the numbers are so high... ridiculous
Really? I heard that covid-19 was brought here by space alien zombies who looked like Elvis Presley, disguising it as an amazing ten day diet plan.

"I seed 24/7."
I often see torrents where the uploader says, "I seed 24/7." I'm wondering what this means. (I know that it means that the uploader's computer and torrent client are running continuously; I think many people do that.) It shouldn't mean that a leecher is going to get the files any faster: Uploading rule #4 says,
- If you are unable to seed a new upload, don't submit it until you can. If you are unable to continuously seed, please state so in the comment section of your upload to inform other users of the delay. You MUST CONTINUE SEEDING YOUR TORRENT until at least three or four other members have completely downloaded the file and can continue seeding for you. If you do not seed your upload within 3 days, it will be deleted and need to be resubmitted.
This asks for continuous seeding until other users are able to seed it…so it sounds like "I seed 24/7" means "I'm following the rules." That's good, of course, but what's the added value to including that statement? Perhaps I'm missing something here...that's happened before.

RE: Descriptions and Pictures
I concur that torrents of collected files described only as "defgbkidej3iuvg83e.mp4" are wastes of time. But even if somebody is too lazy to name files or otherwise identify them, one can always take a screenshot of a file directory showing large thumbnails. See the torrent at https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=f5e714be77ffffae3f627acd8bc2072fd16a697a1e147c1d for an example. (This looks like a screen grab from a Windows directory; Macs probably have something similar.) Note that each clip also has some kind of description…whether from the original source or renamed by the uploader.
As one of the commenters above said, it's inconceivable that someone would upload a file and not be able to describe its contents. If there isn't a description on the source website, then write one yourself. I realize that this is a very international site, and that not everyone is proficient at writing in English–but even a one-sentence attempt with some grammar or spelling issues would be very much appreciated. For many languages represented here, your attempt at English is likely better than my attempt at your language.

RE: Is it possible to stop people adding images to an upload?
If one is sharing a rather short clip, ten pictures might start to look repetitive…but I think many users and most moderators would understand that if ten pictures are uploaded, it's intended to prevent photo-spamming.
I find the "take a snapshot" button on VLC player to be a handy way to capture images. I'll put the video on pause and then move the slider to a particularly good frame. I confess to having a weakness for seeing a blast of cum in mid-air. :cum:

RE: Best internal cumshot movies
There are a lot of scenes here and there that have internal loads. My favourite is the third scene of "Fuck My Spermy Hole" ( https://www.gaytorrent.ru/details.php?id=5246730ba7ad6ce23f627acd8bc2072f336901feef09d060 ) where John Magiaty puts such a huge load inside [the late] Leo Cooper that it spurts out…you can see a screen shot of that on the torrent page.
If you search for "internal" under "bareback" ( https://www.gaytorrent.ru/browse.php?c43=1&search=internal&incldead=0&inname=1&indesc=1&infn=1&orderby=added&sort=desc ) you'll get a lot of hits, and you can use the screenshots to pick which ones to download.
In real life guys often cum inside an ass or mouth, but porn directors usually want to see a spurting cock. Several times I've "played" with newbies who thought that pulling out was normal, because all they had seen was porn. They were happy to learn that there was another way to do it ;D

RE: Am I the only person obsessed with sleeping men?
I'm not obsessed, but I do find it interesting…perhaps because I like looking at guys when they don't know that I am. I remember a bunk-mate at a camp when I was at university had a roaring hard-on in the morning that stuck out of his shorts...the first time I saw another guy's erection.
More recently, if I have a "guest" who falls asleep after play, sometimes my camera comes out, as attached. Fond memories ;D

RE: Bittorrent: Private Trackers' New World Order
I'm asking all members reading my letter to seriously take heed, and pay attention to what I've written! Unless you are looking for really specialized content, it is not necessary to break your neck, paying for invites and all that shit, just to try and get in to a bullshit tracker who will wind up disrespecting you in the end. You should be able to participate in any tracker your a member of, and not have to worry about reprimand, and or extreme childish behavior.
I've read your letter, but I'm not sure how to "take heed" and "pay attention." Any suggestions?

RE: Storm Lefron was NOT underage
He lied about being underage to get his videos deleted. And it worked – you can't find them anywhere anymore, even on GTRU.
...
If he distributed sexual videos of a minor, he would have been prosecuted for child porn. He was never prosecuted.
The fact that he wasn't prosecuted doesn't mean he didn't commit a crime; it only means that if he did, he didn't get caught.
That being said, there have been many situations where somebody (or their attorney) claims that porn is "under-age" because they want it suppressed from release–Thierry Pepin comes to mind. That tactic rarely works, because once's something's out on the Interwebs, it's there forever.
At the same time, I can appreciate websites that, out of an abundance of caution, choose not to facilitate access to material that _might _be under-age. I don't know if gt.ru "punishes" the uploader of such material; anyone can make a one-time mistake, especially if the content isn't on the "banned" list. In this age of home-made videos, it's hard to know if a "model" is under-age. But if there's a somewhat credible cloud of suspicion about a given video, it's best for websites–and users--to stay far away from it. Even an unfounded accusation of "child porn" can be very damaging to institutions or individuals.

RE: Is it possible to stop people adding images to an upload?
Hi
I am wondering if it is possible to stop people adding images to torrents I have uploaded?
I'm having a recurring problem of someone who is uploading crap to one I've uploaded. Yes the images are from the videos but they add nothing as they are so similar to the ones I've already uploaded. Also whoever is doing it uploads the same images repeatedly so you have a several identical images in a row. None of them improve the information for someone who might want to download the torrent. All the do is make things much less clear.
I do take care with the torrents I upload. I put the best most illustrative images that I can. I add very informative descriptions. It is very annoying to have this messed up in this way.
I've had a similar problem, but perhaps not as extreme as what you've seen. Maybe you could "report" your own torrent, saying that you uploaded it, but that somebody else spammed it with the useless pictures. If a Gentle Moderator weighs in here, his advice would be best.
It sounds like you're a conscientious uploader who takes care to make his uploads useful to others. I hope the bad behaviour of some doesn't discourage you from future uploads.

RE: WHY LIMIT US?
@herman: This is a file sharing site. Every GB you download has been uploaded by someone else. If nobody uploads, nobody can download. The rules are there to encourage people to share, and they seem to work pretty well.
If the "sharing" concept is a problem for you, I suggest you switch over to "pay to play" download sites.
