RE: Creepy and scary stories thread! #NoSleep
I did :afr:
Then there were a whole load more links down the side… thanks

RE: Decent porn with a plot line
This has been discussed at various times.
One Thread has quite a few suggestions

RE: Can we step up a little as a community?
If I had more hairs, I'd offer you one to split…

RE: Can we step up a little as a community?
OK, instead of harassing the original poster just use the report button - I have always found a message there saying this 'perhaps should be in … category' gets a response from the staff. No-one gets hurt.
I have seen so many nasty demands in the comments under a torrent saying 'wrong category', 'no thumbs' 'your mother never married' that it is no wonder people don't bother *.
There are nice ways of pointing out what might be better ways of doing. And saying 'thanks for sharing' while you do it is a good start.
- PS I rarely bother these days

RE: Scat images? Anyone else bothered?
Heaven help us, we're not still talking about scat. I think I ought to upload some with lots of pictures, they seem very popular and my ratio has dipped after grabbing a movie last night

RE: Can we step up a little as a community?
Do you want rigid rules or people who share? I know two sites where I won't even bother trying to share because their rules are unintelligible.
Every torrent that has been downloaded should have screenshots…provided by the downloaders. If you have the movie, and you do if you've downloaded it, you can make some screenshots and upload them, anonymously and get some points. The major job has already been done by the uploader.
Honestly I think I'd rather have the upload and do my own research than wait for a "meticulously crafted description"
What do people want for their ha'penny? A bull fight?

RE: Scat images? Anyone else bothered?
I'm not saying ban pictures, not at all, but does anybody really need to see such graphic images prior to deciding whether to download or not??
Probably not but were you going to be persuaded to download a scat file anyway?
My advice is not to look.. I can think of lots of better things to do than search for torrents to see if they have pictures I don't like.
So what is the worst that can happen to you if you accidentally see a picture of shit. Mother, get the sal volatile! Click on the next page… and stop wanting to ban things, please

RE: Duplicate post posing as two different uploads.
Please refund this member's subscription…I'm not sure I can stand much more :cry2:

RE: No visible content
Judging by broma's description he just didn't start the seeding process. He has no need to download the file - he already has it!
-
RE: Are allowed to post these?
There seems to be no pattern. Perhaps we should start a thread to report what gets removed so people don't go to the trouble of uploading only to see things disappear.
Meanwhile I hope you got some credit while it was up

RE: Scat images? Anyone else bothered?
And I've just posted two comments on a scat torrent and didn't look at the pictures at all.
It's quite easy, practise by ignoring adverts on web sitesÂ

RE: Are allowed to post these?
Unfortunately just because they are allowed doesn't mean they won't fall foul of the phantom torrent thief (aka DCMA take down deletions)
So many torrents disappear without explanation…

RE: Scat images? Anyone else bothered?
What deludeddonny said.
Just remember everything coming out of one end went in via the otherÂ

RE: No visible content
Hi broma, thanks for sharing
After you download your own torrent you need to open it in your torrent client. When it asks where to save it, you point to the same file that you made the original torrent from. Then it should check the file and then start seeding.
Once you have seeded it don't forget to collect your 600 bonus points

RE: Browse in thumbnail mode?
For those who haven't noticed the picture browser is back

RE: Instagram by Colby Jansen: "Ben Cohen & I having a chat"
…
If someone can save the thing and post it-- great. And if you can tell me how to do that, also great...
Ideally you can save an image by right-clicking and choose Save image as… Not every web site allows this so...
Your version of Windows has a small program called Snipping Tool.exe, usually found in the Windows\system32 folder.
With this you can grab a section of your screen (the image in question) and save it. Try it, it's a wonder

RE: Pet shop boys, documentary
To record from the BBC (or anywhere else that broadcast via the Web) I use Audio Record Wizard.
It will record everything (and I mean everything so mute your Skype while recording) that passes through your sound card and produce an mp3 file. I should think I use it every day to time-shift BBC radio programmes
