You have managed to post a torrent which is of the torrent not the movie file.

Then when you upload a torrent of the movie you need to download the torrent you have just posted, open it as normal but point to the movie file you made the torrent from.

But don't give up, after the first one it is easy and there are 600 points waiting after that one

Mind you that can be useful for grabbing torrent files from sites banned for us in the UK.

Normally your IP address is not shown publicly on the site.

Where it will be visible is in a torrent client which is beyond the site's control. However if you are using a VPN your real IP will not be shown in a torrent client

It doesn't play for me in VLC, but works fine in Media Player Classic.

Although the extension says .mp4, Media Info identifies it as iso5 …and no, I don't know what that means.

I saved it to my 'short films' folder.

It plays OK in MPC as a 95 minute movie but in Explorer is shows as 348 MB but zero length

I grabbed it and seeded back. Sign in just now and there are four comments for me to check. Except there aren't, the torrent has disappeared.

And it would appear all the comments were from the uploader because there is no user name…so I can't ask him

Oops, just checked the Forum and see that the uploader has deleted the torrent for an unknown reason.

PS I suppose if it wasn't taken down by staff there is no reason for one of us not to upload the same file...?
