The Atlanta example you cite has been widely debunked - not by Democrats or Republicans, but by non-partisan supervisors of elections -- not only in the Atlanta county you cite, but in other jurisdictions as well.

And finally, the demographics of GA are a perfect example of the CHANGING demographics of the parties! (And no, there is not just 1 county in and for the City of Atlanta... the sprawl of the city means that Fulton, Cobb, Gwinnette, & DeKalb are all largely Democratic now...) The suburban counties a little farther out - like Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, and Henry - are quickly turning Blue! This isn't happening because of Democrat fraud - it happening because the Republican Party is more popular in RURAL locations, and the Democrats are more popular in URBAN settings. (BTW: I went to college in Atlanta in the 1980's - which is how I know the "layout" of the city reasonably well... that said, I think there are a couple of other counties that are purple-blue in the Atlanta area that I didn't think of... PLUS you shouldn't count out the smaller cities in GA - which are also turning Blue: Savannah, Augusta, Macon, & Columbus all have populations over 150,000!

This is why RED states with large cities are turning Purple! The cities are growing FASTER than the rest of the rural areas, and as a result Dems are getting more people in the state overall. Florida was one of the first this happened to (and it continues here), but the successes of the cities in the other large Southern states is having similar effects in TX & AZ too!

The problem we're going to have in FL (where I live now) is that people - especially in the suburbs - are LEAVING the Republican Party in DROVES. They're not going Democrat, they're just changing their party affiliation to NONE (Independent)! The operative question will be: how will they VOTE in 2022 and 2024! If they choose to abandon the Republican Party at the polls too, we will suffer EXTREME losses at the state level - where we (Republicans have been "in-charge" for decades now!)

Government employees have special rights because they work under a CONTRACT. • Multiple US Corporations have already announced policy changes to require proof of vaccination of their employees now that it is fully FDA approved

But it doesn't stop there... this is a WORLD-WIDE conspiracy, after all:

• Canada recently announced that COVID-19 vaccinations are required for all federal employees, as well as air, train, and cruise passengers! (Unvaccinated US cruise passengers better not leave the ship in a Canadian port! They may not be allowed back onboard!)
• Fiji (that bastion of Trump haters) has forced unvaccinated government workers to take leave (paid if they have earned it, otherwise unpaid). If they are still unvaccinated come November, they will be fired!
• Indonesia has made COVID-19 vaccines mandatory - individual fines for non-compliance start at 5-million Rupiah (about US$350)... but public flogging is also an option (no, really!) (What did you expect from this autocratic country?)
• In Italy, all healthcare workers, including pharmacists and paramedics, be vaccinated or be suspended indefinitely without pay.

This is a very partial list, but with the FDA full approval now behind us, this list will grow quickly...

School Boards in TX and FL continue to rebel against their idiotic Governors' absurd overreach in banning mask-mandates state-wide.

Mind you: I'm not so much in favor of mask mandates as I am in favor of letting each district decide on its own what its needs are!
Schools in rural areas with light COVID spread shouldn't be held to the same standards as urban districts ON-FIRE with COVID!
A basic tenet of real Conservatism is to put control in the hands of the most-local authority as it makes sense to do so... and state-wide control over mask mandates ain't that! Federal control would be even worse, but so-far Biden hasn't proposed national mask mandates.).

• In TX, one school board completely side-stepped their Governor's anti-mandate edict by simply putting mask-wearing into the school dress-code (ingenious!)
• In both FL and TX, School Boards are already processing changes to attendance requirements to include COVID-19 vaccination (along with Chicken Pox, MMR, and the handful of other vaccines already required).
• In TX, school superintendents are issuing mask mandates without board approval because the idiot who wrote the TX only provided penalties to school board members who violated the Governor's order
• In FL, at least 4 - including the 2 largest - school districts have openly defied their Gov's order prohibiting mask mandates, and threatening to withhold their pay if they vote otherwise... one Miami-Dade county SB member said it clearly: if the choice is a paycheck or to protect our kid's health, I'll forego the money!

Then I re-download the recently uploaded torrent file and launch it to start seeding. But the torrent program (Folx) doesn't start checking the folder with files to start seeding.
What's the problem? Could you help me please??

So, there are 2 options:

1. The torrent client ALREADY HAS the torrent (some do that when they CREATE the torrent. Because it was already there, and because it's a "private" torrent, the trackers aren't "merged" so only the original (useless) one remains.
   TO FIX: Delete the torrent (being CAREFUL to NOT DELETE the DATA!) in your client, then re-download from the site

2. The torrent client does not see the files that makeup the torrent in your default download location... you need to tell the torrent client WHERE the file(s) already exist. Otherwise, it thinks this is a new download.
   TO FIX: Delete the torrent (being CAREFUL to NOT DELETE the DATA!) in your client, then re-download from the site - and point your client to the RIGHT location of where you file(s) actually exist!
