My advice would be to ignore any of these built in multi length guard trimmers that have become more popular recently they tend to have a small cutting area and are often overpriced and plastic bladed (see below). Go for a traditional set of clippers with clip on guards like most barbers/hairdressers would use. On these, look out for ones with metal blades… this is very important, many cheaper ones come with one or both blades plastic... they are rubbish and should be avoided like the devil's spawn.

RE: Going Commando (no underwear in the office)
I used to go commando on a daily basis, but have started to wear boxer briefs more often that not now, I'm beginning to appreciate the luxury of comfort more.

RE: Do you cut your own hair or have it professionally done?
I've done it with clippers once, but wouldn't even try it with scissors, as asimpleman said, I would rather let a pro do their job, so much so that I'll often get the full service and have a hot towel cut-throat razor shave while I'm there.

RE: Cum Tasting?
yes, i usually eat mine, tastes OK, not usually too salty but as everyone says it's variable, particularly on what you've been eating, your body has put a lot into producing it, it seems a shame to let it go to waste.

RE: Image previews - can we scroll around zoomed-in image?
There's another thread on this (see: https://forum.gaytorrent.ru/index.php?topic=42142.msg219348#msg219348), it apparently works in some browsers but not so well in Chrome, cursor keys or dragging it is for now, but Google may fix the issue in future updates of Chrome.

RE: The Daily Mail is now claiming gay marriage caused Brexit
It would be nice to ignore it but a lot of people believe what is in the Daily Mail
Ignore them too

RE: When alone, do you sleep naked or with clothes on?
Naked, since about early teens, it feels odd to try and sleep in anything more than boxers now which I do when sharing a room.

RE: The Daily Mail is now claiming gay marriage caused Brexit
The Daily Mail says lots of ridiculous things, best just to deny the existence of that entire media outlet to be honest.

RE: Http error 499
499 is not an official HTTP status code so it can be implemented to mean various things by different developers. MrMazda isn't wrong, but it only applies if the tracker your using is hosted on an nginx web server or behind an nginx reverse proxy which is possible, another possibility is that the site is being blocked by your anti-virus, Kaspersky is known to use the 499 status code that way, so try disabling your anti-virus.
You could do a couple of tests which would give you a better idea of what's going on,
1. in your torrent client, when you click announce, how long does it take to come back with the 499 error, if it takes a little while, probably 30-90 seconds it's probably what MrMazda said, if it's very quick then it's more likely to be AV.
2. take the tracker announce url from your torrent client and paste it into your web browser, it should also get the 499 error, if AV is blocking it you will probably get a page telling you how you can fix it, if it's nginx, it wil probably have the error then below that nginx and a version number. -

RE: Haemorrhoids - really depressed about them
Huh, I was never told of this to be honest. Gluten… I'm not so sure how much it makes my stool painful but I might actually give this a try but I really doubt this will help me since it would be too good to be true and avoiding gluten would be a real challenge these days. :crazy2: :crazy2:
No-one's ever told me that before either, and doctor seemed surprised by the information, even my sister was till she tried it (she's a nurse). It's got to be worth a trial it's made a huge difference to my life, but as I say, it has to be 100% gluten free for that time. I'd recommend at least a week, ideally two to notice any difference, if it works, it will then take longer to heal.

RE: Haemorrhoids - really depressed about them
I've suffered with haemorrhoids on and off since I was a teenager (now 33) it started getting so bad a couple of years ago that I was having to take time off work, I had banding procedure done to remove them but they kept coming back, despite a good diet, then last year, I discovered I was gluten intolerant, I've not been diagnosed coeliac, but you have to keep eating gluten to get the diagnosis and it's not worth it, giving it a name doesn't really help me much so I've since cut out gluten from my diet completely. 5 days later I start feeling better (no more stomach cramps and things - this may not always happen) and since then my Haemorrhoids have healed completely. If I accidentally have gluten when eating out for example, I feel bad, and I feel the haemorrhoids start growing again then they die back once it's passed.
It might not work, but my sister has always had the same problem so she gave up gluten at the end of last year and has had the same effect so it's worth giving it a try.
For information and advice it's worth searching for gluten free diet and coeliac disease, there's a charity in the UK called Coeliac UK whose website has loads of advice, but basically it means looking at labels of everything you buy and checking for the ingredients: Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats (many claim oats are safe, but the majority of gluten intolerant/coeliac people I know also can't tolerate them), that also goes for the "may also contain" bit. You may also find that once you have given up gluten dairy and soya may cause you problems, this will be temporary, I found I could tolerate only small amounts at first but slowly built up the amount and can eat quite a bit of either now. If giving up gluten sorts it though you'll be off gluten for life.
It's a bit tough in our busy modern lives because every convenience food seems to have gluten in it so there's pretty much no more take-aways or ready meals and the specialist foods are expensive, but a natural home-cooked diet is really the way to go to do it cheaply, good luck and let me know how you get on if you do give it a go.

RE: Weight control
I've had weight problems my whole life, I peaked around 350 pounds when I was 17 years old, I slowly got some weight off over the years, but at 32 years old and 235 pounds I still weighed too much so decided to take it seriously and set myself a tough goal when I booked flights for a holiday to lose 80 pounds in 9 months, I managed to lose 85 and got to 150 pounds and have stuck around that for the last 8 months
like sexypooface I used an app to work out my calories and exercise etc, but I used lifesum instead, sounds like it had pretty much the same functions. I used the 5-2 diet though (eat normal 2000-2500 calorie diet for 5 days a week and eat v low calories (~600) the other 2) I bought a fitness tracker watch and set myself a reasonable steps goal, but I already have a dog I had to walk so that was an easy goal, I don't berate myself if I don't hit it, it's a target and I naturally make up for it on other days. Once I got to a reasonable level of fitness through natural excercise I joined a gym to help tone up where I'd lost the fat (with the added bonus of spying on the guys in the showers)
In terms of banting, it's probably not a bad diet, Ideally I would follow a paleo diet, but modern life makes that difficult, next best thing I would say is a farmhouse diet… i.e. what would be on a plate in a traditional farmhouse kitchen. Ideally your diet should be a good balance of fresh fruit & veg, nuts, seeds, meat, fish, pulses and legumes which will provide all the nutrition you need, anything without a label is your friend, if it has a label, the fewer ingredients the better and avoid anything with a scientific sounding ingredient you can't pronounce.

RE: I don't believe in god; stay silent or tell family and friends?
Yes, but pornofan these are generally in the Middle East. You certainly wouldn't 'trump' your atheism around in Iraq or Syria. Or for that matter, the UAE. Or maybe parts of the US
depending on who's asking, their reason for asking and what their preferred answer would be I think I'd rather claim to be atheist than be the 'wrong' religion or denomination in Iraq or Syria
as to the OP, your beliefs are a personal matter for you, it doesn't matter what other people think so you would hope it wouldn't matter if they know or not, however if you would risk being oppressed for your beliefs then it may be better to keep it quiet.

RE: Phobias that you have?
acrophobia applies even to heights that would not be deemed dangerous in normal circumstances .
I guess that's me then, I've been known to struggle to walk over bridges (as in 4 lane iron road bridges not some rope and wood thing) depending on how close to the side I have to be. Another time on a school residential I was persuaded to give rock climbing a try (artificial wall in a big warehouse type thing, fully harnessed and everything), once I'd got about 4-5 feet off the ground I became absolutely terrified and started yelling at the teacher to get me down, I believe that was the only time I ever got away with swearing at a teacher, certainly can't go anywhere near cliff tops and things.

RE: MKV format alert! The audio is NOT compatible with major video players
that's such a technically incorrect statement… I don't know where to begin.
mkv is not a video or audio format, it is a container for media, the maker's describe it as being like an envelope. It will usually contain a video stream and an audio stream, but can contain more, e.g. it can contain mp4 video and mp3 audio, or xvid video and uncompressed pcm audio or it can hold multiple audio streams for the user to choose different languages, or multiple video streams to allow different camera angles, but ultimately it's not tied down to particular codecs, nor does it perform any compression of the streams itself. What the mkv file does is keep those stream within it in sync during playback, it tags the streams so that you can seek and skip through the file, allows the player to distinguish between the streams and all that kind of thing.
It is likely that the problem you're having with the mkv file you have is that the player does not have a suitable codec to play back the stream within the mkv file... it has nothing to do with the mkv format itself as long as the player is compatible with the mkv format.

RE: Spying in my share house
I'd agree, don't while it may be killing you not seeing them, it's an invasion of their privacy to put cameras up.
anyway, just think if you do catch a glimpse at some point it makes it all the more exciting.

RE: Tips for discreetly checking people out in public.
tying shoe-laces is a great way to get down at eye level then make sure you're looking in the right direction when you stand back up.
