On or off campus, she should sue.    She was hired by the event organizers to take photos of the event and was labeled a racist for doing so.

The same with the "white people go around" event.  All the white students should do a class action suit against the university, city, and police.

I also think that everyone affected by the "Dear Colleague" letters bullshit should sue as well.    The US Dept of Ed admitted that the letters, despite the claims in the letter, had no legal basis and their threats toward the universities would not and could not hold up in court.  The letters were purposely worded to mislead.

I posted this thread because of the recent event where the black female singer told the crackers to get to the back and got extremely  butt hurt that the white female photographer refused to obey her black overlord.    The cucks that ran the music event apologized for the racism by the cracker fish they hired to take pictures of the event.

This shit is getting extremely common and the mainstream see nothing wrong with racism against whites.

I haven't been in college in a long time, but to say "college is where racism should be done at" is insane.    Everyone with a bit of power over the situation should have treated it like they would if whites had done it.

There's a video of some Hispanic students, of the not so legal type (wink, wink), at Berkeley scream and shouting at the professor and other students because it's racist to test the non white students.  The students, of any color, who sat for the exam were propping up white supremacy.  Anyway, the upset students wanted to write a simple essay at home with their textbooks rather than have a proper exam.  As many of the people who posted the video said, we've catered and pandered to these losers for so long that they think (know in most cases) that we will cave into their demands to avoid being called a racist.

I say it's worth it that one – or ten -- men in a hundred be wrongly executed than to let the guilty go free.

We've seen black people at various events exerting their power over white people by demanding we move to the back.

We saw similar things around the US, especially at Berkeley.   Non-white students blocked the bridge and forced white students to walk through the creek to get to class.   The police were on hand not to stop the racist event, but to prevent uppity whites from trying to get across the bridge and disrupting the event.

Ok, we all know how utterly evil SJWs view cultural appropriation.  The thing is,  when you ask the people who are the supposed "victims" of this, the story is completely different.

There are countless videos where people from non-western cultures are asked if they find it offensive when westerners (let's be real, it's only evil when crackers do it, in the eyes of SJWs) and the answer doesn't match what the SJWs claim.

SJWs never, ever show videos of, say, Japanese people getting butthurt over some honkey woman dressed as a geisha or some honkey man dresses as a ninja.  The reason is that they are proud that people (including whitey) like their heritage enough to want to emulate it.

Also, we never, ever hear of SJWs complaining that some black guy is wearing a tux.  OH NO.  See, they are assimilating, even if they are from and living in Africa.

Another thing SJWs use to justify their hypocrisy is that honkeys have no culture.  No one can "appropriate" what doesn't exist.

From what I have seen, the court ruled that the ban on trans people joining the military is blocked until it works it's way through the court system.

HOWEVER, the court left in place the ban on using taxpayer money to fund the surgeries.    Trans people can still get hormones and such paid for, just not the various surgeries.

I agree it's deed, not sexual orientation.    There are a lot of pedos who have not committed any crimes, except "thought crimes".
