Turns out she attacked the guy when he confronted her for spray painting graffiti. At some point the guy threw one of her spray cans at her, hitting her in the head.

CCTV and eye-witnesses proved she was the aggressor.

Of course, when she originally reported the "unprovoked attack", she failed to mention that she was spray painting graffiti and that was why she was confronted by the man. She also failed to mention that she was the aggressor in the attack.

The case in the OP, says that the book is also in the junior high school.

It's illegal to distribute porn to minors, regardless if they are sexually active or not.

I saw the video of a mom reading from the book at a different school board meeting and the book is pretty graphic. This was in an elementary school.

We don't let kids view porn, but we will let them read it from a school library.
