Royal Mail is switching to new barcoded stamps, so the current version stamps will no longer be valid from 1 Feb 2023.

There is 1 exception though and that is the recent Doctor Who set of stamps. These DO NOT expire on 1 Feb 2023, but there is no word on if they will expire or not.

For 1 year, from 1 April 2022 to 31 Mar 2023, you will be able to swap your current stamps for the new barcoded ones. You will need to take them to the post office to exchange them, as shops can not do this.

As a side note, Snopes isn't always the most honest fact-checker. On their own, they have had scandals about fact checks and Facebook had labeled their 120 fact-checkers (including Snopes) as opinion, not fact in the lawsuit I post about not long ago.

I have 4 cousins (same family) that all got addicted to drugs; namely heroin. Thankfully they are all "clean" now.

While they tend to support Biden, since they are still young, they are furious over this. They want money for rehab, not making it easier to do drugs.

In a complete reversal of his stance in 1995, Joe Biden now wants to coddle drug addicts instead of punishing them.

In his 1995 crime bill, he made it so there was a mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years for the smallest amount of crack. Now he wants them to have "safe smoking kits/supplies".

Apparently, this is about "racial equity".

As noted in The Free Beacon, the LGBT+ community is also being targeted (as well as black communities) under this program.

Not surprisingly, the program has no rehab program funding, even though this program is called; Harm Reduction Program Any sane person would think that rehab would be the best harm reduction there is.

The Free Beacon also noted that Democrat-run cities have backed away from such programs since it's viewed as enabling drug addicts, rather than helping them get off of drugs.

NOTE: This program is not just about crack pipes, but needles, condoms, etc.
