It should also be noted that you should click on the torrent, then click the "Trackers" tab. Often times, this will display a more specific message to let you know what the problem is.

RE: Question about Freeleech Downloads
Anyone can make a torrent freeleech if they have enough SBP to do it. Then there is me. I go about the site randomly and start doing mini freeleech marathons. There are a few general criteria that I use to decide what torrents are used.
On the most part, the torrent must be at least 4 or 5 months old, and it must have fewer than 10 seeders. This however is not an absolute, as I make the decision on a case by case basis for each torrent. Although torrents must be at least 7 days old to be made freeleech, there is a roundabout way for staff to get around this. If we put a freeleech on the torrent, THEN promote it to the top of the list, it will appear as a "new" freeleech torrent. Generally, when this is done, it is a 156 hour freeleech, but not always. This is usually done to revive a dead or dying torrent.

RE: Why am I still seeing straight torrents?
The Straight, Bisexual, and Scat categories are disabled by default. To turn them on/off click on "Profile" in the blue bar along the top of the page, and you will find the option to enable or disable them. Simply change the setting, then click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the page.

RE: Transferring Torrents to another pc
Yes… Each .torrent file is assigned with a personal passkey that is unique to each user's account. This is how the system tells what user is seeding what, based on the announce URL that the torrent client uses for that torrent. If you are leaving multiple computers running across the same network using the same public facing IP address, it is critically important that both torrent clients are configured to use different ports, and that the router that you're using for your connection has the port your torrent client uses forwarded to those devices both in TCP and in UDP. This will ensure that you are able to get proper incoming connections.
As for your question about ratio, I will put it simply. No matter what device or connection you are using, any data that is transferred DOES count towards your ratio. Just be aware though that a torrent client will only update with the tracker once every 30 minutes, and as such, you may notice a delay in the overall stat totals updating. This is normal, and the stats do eventually update, as long as you do not close your torrent client, or reboot your computer.

RE: Does anyone know how to contct the administrator?
There are one of a few contact points, depending on what it is you're looking for in particular.
Also, you may only need a moderator, depending on the nature of the request.
If I had more information on the nature of your request, I could point you to the right place, or possibly address and handle it for you.

RE: [Question] Updating Compilations
No. They are technically considered not to be duplicates, given that they do not contain all the same content.

RE: Making a torrent with a phone?
As much as I loathe Vuze on the computer completely, I find it does a pretty good job on an Android based device.

RE: Mental Health
Interesting… I'll have to look into it and see if my government benefits package will cover it. They're a little sticky sometimes about what all they'll cover.

RE: 122 torrents in 24 hours?
FWIW, the system will automatically keep you logged in for your session for up to 6 hours. For this reason, it is recommended that you change you password, wait 6 hours for the new password to be forced into effect, THEN change your passkey.
In the perfect world, there would be a way to go into your account and click a button to FORCE all of your active login sessions to be immediately terminated. This would really make the account security take over process MUCH faster and more immediately effective.

RE: Mental Health
I am on an entire cocktail combination. The major players for my mental health are citalopram for the depression, and risparidal (risparidone) for the parts that the anti-depressant alone does not touch. In my case, this combination really works wonders.
In all truth though, between the depression, complex PTSD, ADHD, HIV, and bi-polar, I'm literally a walking pharmacy. I'm not on nearly as many meds or as many times a day as I used to be, but it's still a bushel to say the least.

RE: Im afraid to be tested
Well… I can definitely say that I understand your fear of getting the test. Just know that if it should test positive, the sooner you know, the sooner you can do something about it, without it causing any kind of major health issues for you. I get that it may be scary, but if you really value not suffering, it really is a good idea to get tested if you've been sexually active, or have used any sort of IV drug with a shared or reused needle.

RE: 122 torrents in 24 hours?
There have been some updates to the system, however we cannot confirm as of yet whether or not these issues were addressed with the latest round of updates. We know that the issue with pictures not loading has been resolved, but there is no information at this time about this particular issue. Has anyone experienced it in the last few days?

RE: Is this right?
It is really hard to say whether or not you have your port forwarding setting correct based on the screen cap…. The reason being you cannot upload something to users who are not downloading the torrent. With no leechers, there is nobody in which to transfer any material to.

RE: Question about torrents and screenshots/covers
If you're using a Windows based computer, you can always pull up the PDF (or whatever format it's in), so as do display it on your screen, then press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. From there, you can paste the screen dump into a program like Paint, then crop the result to just the section that displays the content… Then, simply save the resulting image, and you have yourself a reasonable image to upload to accurately depict the content.

RE: There's need to be an announcement in the Home page regarding the server outage
This issue has been identified and fixed…

RE: What exactly is a - ahem! - snatch?
Yes… We call it the BitTorrent glossary. It can be found under the Guides section of the forum in the sticky topics.
-
RE: Question about torrents and screenshots/covers
Yes… If that is what the true content of the torrent is, then pictures of the pages showing the text would be accepted, as they're considered to be an accurate representation of the contents of the torrent.
-
RE: What exactly is a - ahem! - snatch?
Hahahahaha… I've always thought this term was rather giggle worthy, as a snatch is synonym for vagina.
Now in the case of this site, when you "snatch" a torrent, you are said to have finished downloading 100% of all the files of the torrent.

RE: Category
As is mentioned in the QTM thread, this is a known issue with users who are running on Windows 10 64-bit.
If this is a different problem than outlined, you need to uninstall and reinstall QTM properly. If the problem still continues, then you can always use the manual upload process.

RE: System counting torrent files???
A number of users have recently reported this very issue. It does not seem to affect their ratio, so I wouldn't be too worried about it.
