RE: What is the US Confederacy?
Have to correct a couple of things.
In 1776, all of the states of the USA had slavery. Slavery persisted longer in the Southern states due to the economics of cotton plantations. Slavery isn't something unique to Dixie.
LARGELY, the wealthy in the South supported succession due to wanting to keep slavery. Bu only a small percentage of the people in the South ever could afford slaves. Many southerners who opposed slavery fought on the side of the Confederacy on the principle that the American Constitution supported the right for individual states to make their own decisions.
The KKK may have been founded in the south but had wide appeal in different parts of the country. Indiana had the highest percentage with 15% of its population having joined the second KKK.
One large component of the North opposing slavery was the fact that the slave states were impeding American expansion to the West. The demand was that for each free state added to the union a slave state also had to be added - but the vast amount of the potential area was not conducive for plantation slavery. Brtain, which had completely banned slavery from 1843, was expanding to the Western as well as maintaining a strong hold on the Caribbean. It was after the Civil War that the USA was able to exploit the Louisiana and Mexican purchases and purchased Alaska.

London. London at its best it not THAT much different from London at its worst. Besides, the things to do in London are predominately indoors: museums, plays, libraries, and restaurants. Miami is mainly a beach. (If you had asked about Disneyworld I might have a different answer. Whenever we went to the beach when I was a kid, I'd bring a book and sit in the shade.)

RE: Assorted Science and Religion
Classic Jewish Jokes:
Two men, a Jew and a Protestant, were marooned on a desert island. The Protestant immediately got to work, dragging rocks to spell out “SOS” in huge letters on the beach, gathering driftwood to build a bonfire, and thinking about ways to build a boat. The Jew, however, merely sat on the beach and waited.
“What’s the matter with you?” the Protestant exclaimed. “Don’t you want to be rescued?”
The Jew said calmly, “Look, last year, I donated a million dollars to the Jewish Federation. The year before, I donated a million dollars to them. This year, wherever I am, they’ll find me!”

A woman called the switchboard of a hospital and asked how Mrs. Schwartz in room 102 was doing. The switchboard operator put her on hold for a minute, then came back and reported: “Mrs. Schwartz in room 102 is doing very well! Why, just this morning her lab work came back and everything is normal. Her doctor is pleased and says she will be able to go home next week.”“Hurray!” shouted the caller.
“You must be a relative to be so happy,” observed the switchboard operator.
“No,” explained the caller, “I’m Mrs. Schwartz in room 102. Nobody tells me anything!
A woman in Poland had a horrible name; Sadie Nafkawicz. (Child of a prostitute.)
Finally she had enough of the disrespect and moved to New York City.
Years later the rabbi from the same small town had also immigrated and met her on the street.
The rabbi exclaimed, "Sadie Nafkawicz! Is that you?!"
Sadie said, "Rebbe, this is America. I've anglicized my name, call me Sadie Horowitz." -

I've seen some hot gay fanart of (humanized) Squidbillies so I'll go with that.https://smurfwizard.deviantart.com/art/Sketch-It-is-Onh-97085342
There's a recent episode of Supernatural meet Scooby Doo.

RE: Hottest Pups in Straight Porn
I love Jordi. I'm surprised he's never done Bisexual videos since many of his story-lines work for Bisexual.
BTW, the first video listed is dead.

RE: Handsom and little dick or ugly and big dick?
Thinking more about this.
I don't care about dick size; i fantasize about being versatile but I'm an exclusive top.
BUT I'm not attracted to'handsome' men. I like guys who are cute or gangly or geeky or chubby. A lot of the guys who turn me on are a bit ugly but have very expressive faces/body language.
(Something's wrong with my connection that won't let me post picture so here are links.)

RE: What song are you currently listening to?
Honestly, the type of song I tend to find inspirational when I'm having health problems is more like this.
Spasticus Autisticus from the London Paralympics games opening ceremonies. (Written by Ian Drury who had an impairment from polio and performed by Disabled singers and dancers.)
Youtube VideoWhen I hit the ground due to having had a seizure while walking I'd rather have someone lend me a hand to get up rather than tell me I'm an 'inspiration'.

RE: What song are you currently listening to?
Having a flare-up of some long-term health problems lately.
I'm listening to a cheeky song from 1980 called "I want to be straight' by Ian Drury.

Cree is neat. I had studied Odawe for a year.
Are you learning the syllabics?

RE: What are your thoughts on Love Simon?
It's a common problem for gay movies not to have an ending that works.
At least now we have more movies where the gay character is still alive at the end. -
RE: Post the last movie you've seen and how you rate it
I saw Deadpool 2 this afternoon.
I find it easier to describe films than to rate them:
Extreme graphic violence and gore.
Language that would knock a buzzard off a shit wagon.
Cute teen lesbians.
Not so cute references to abuse of children.
A number of humorous cameos. (Brad Pitt has a literal 'blink and you'll miss him' character.)
Very funny with morbid and cringe humour.IMO, parodies only work when they can function as the thing that they are parodying. The bones of this movie are good - there are character arcs where people change through the film due to their own decisions. The bad guys are plausible villains. The bad decisions people make are consistent with their characters. A couple of the good guys are believable as bad asses (Domino and Cable.)
I enjoyed it and recommend it to my friends who are sick puppies.

RE: Deadpool 2 (lesbians, micropenis, butt fondling, daddy Cable, strap on)
I was pleased at the way they included the lesbian relationship. It's the first acknowledged same-sex pairing in a Marvel movie.
They have given Ryan Reynolds leaway to portray Deadpool's bisexuality.
I'm surprised at the number of cameos from pretty major actors: Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, James McAvoy, Alan Tudyk, Nicolaus Hoult, Evan Peters et al. -
RE: Does anyone of you like Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi men etc.? (South Asian)
Yes, patrticularly Afghani, Bengali, and Tamil men.
