3 questions and three answers
1/ The users decide what is Freeleech by investing their bonus points.  The larger the file the more points it takes. 
2/  I think that a torrent has to be at least a week old for a user to make it Freeleech.  There's a button close to the button to vote that will let one make it a Freeleech.
3/  The minimal Freeleech is 24 hours.  They can be extended.

Knowing people who are in polygamous relationships of various types

It requirers the free consent of everyone involved and a lot of work.  If your primary s someone who is monogamous you have to respect that person's autonomy and choose either to be monogamous or to end the relationship.

I'd recommend if you want to have a polyamorous life that you socialize with polyamorous people.  I don't know where you live and how easy it'll be to connect to a community.  There are resources available on-line.

I tried reading the book.

I can think of books I've enjoyed written from the point of view of an extremely unlikeable character.  But there has to be some acknowledgement that the character is unlikeable.  If people have been watching The Good Place you can see how a thoroughly self-absorbed and indecisive character like Chibi can be interesting providing he's called on his bullshit.

Unlike Elio in "Call Me By Your Name", Simon seems oblivious to how mesed-up/annoying he is.  everything is someone else's fault.  I think the book convinced me not to see the movie.

You mean well but "physically challenged" comes across as a euphenism.  If you're going to get rejected for 'Disabled' you'll also be rejected for 'Differently Abled', 'Handicapped', 'Challenged' or (my most hated term) 'Handicapable'.

Myself, I'd be more likely to simply describe my impairment.
