My preference is when condoms are made part of the sex.  Magic appearing condoms throw me out of the fantasy.  In my personal life, I came out in 1979 and haven't had unsafe sex since 1981 - when I got crabs and gonerhea.

An example of a scene that I find really hot due to the way they use condoms.  The sheriff (played by Gus Mattox) pulls a handful of condoms out of his pocket and throws them before the two preppy and two redneck boys then asks them with a smirk "What do you think is gonna happen?"

As a user - I'll give the uploader the benefit of the doubt and either comment or PM them that they need pictures and/or descriptions.  Most of the time it's a newbie who doesn't know better and that fixes the problem without having to waste Moderator resources.
If it's an asshole trying to scam the system I'll report them.

I don't mind the concept of replying to old threads - why start a new conversation if it's already been discussed?  (For example, Tom of Finland fans).

I do mind - even on new posts - just posting an emoji or something like "hmmm".  Say something.

Well, my most disliked porn is banned here:  Bloodsports.

I won't download anything with scat or implied snuff.  I'll stop watching homophobic/racist stuff.

I'll fast-forward scenes with watersports, enemas, fisting, or REALLY bad acting.

Generally, extensive body modification is a turn-off (with the exception of FTM).  Extensive tattoos/branding/piercings hits my bloodsport squick.  Bulging vein body builders with zero percent body fat remind me of a disection course in university.

Outside of disgust, I dislike a lot of the straight-boy fantasy porn.  Guys who can't interact while they're having sex - much less keep erections - bores me.

Other than that, I like non-extreme body types whether skinny, chubby, or muscular bodies.  i like hairless, body hair, or Sasquatch.  I like tall, short and average height bodies.

I just finished reading "The Last Sun" by K.D. Edwards which is an AU Urban Fantasy.  I highly recommend it.

I also enjoyed Jordan Castillo Price's PsyCop novels.
