Padding files are created by BitComet. Their use. ensures that no two data files in a multi-file torrent occupy the same BitTorrent "piece". They are supposed to be hidden or invisible to BitComet users but can actually harm the performance in other clients because these files are transferred, which takes up bandwidth.

You can switch to other client like utorrent and other that does not create this type of unwanted files ...

@lololulu19 This is a very common issue w/c every one of us encountered ... and is disappointing that 3 seeder sitting are unable to seed ...
It might be that they have several/multiple downloads/uploads running so bandwidth is stress out same as down loader,
VPN and port forward also relies on it ... and poor connection ...
