Most torrent client has similar preferences [options] ...
It might have been you incidentally set to start torrent automaticaly @ your download location preferences ...

To fix and undo your default location:

1. point your mouse on top left of the Options and click preferences, click UI settings un-check don't start torrent automatically and hit apply then OK ....
   

2. try to load/add a new torrent, the small blank box below must remain un-check in order to add torrent in different location
   you can set your desired location by clicking on the downward right small arrow or find a destination by clicking the three vertical small dots
   

3. also you can set your download location by clicking Directories and check your preferred location and hit apply and OK to save changes ... ...

@Tahaass uploading task and fixing ratio is the most pain in the behind works to do ... Especially when your bandwidth is low,
You can only earn (+)1 from 500 MB and up share [each upload]
Download (-) 2 or more from 500 MB [each download] so be aware of downloading new content as this will pull down your ratio ...
However
For what I get points?

• You receive for every hour the system is registering you as a seeder 0.5 points.
• If you upload a new torrent, you might get rewarded by other users with seedbonus. Upload now to make extra credits!

Uploading same files many times with same size/format and content is a bad idea and will result as duplicates and system warning !!!

@ your client OPTIONS/Preferences/General-clear private data
Transfer Cap-reset history, then terminate all the torrent running and exit and reboot your PC ... Try to login w/o your client running and see if the download and upload is cleared 0/0 from the system from your profile . Then start your torrent as I explained above do not exceed 12 torrent download including finding peers ... If this doesn't solve your issue ask helpdesk:

Obviously if you are downloading too many torrent and not connected from peers or in download process will result in BAD RATIO rating. This will appear if you exceed 12 torrent including incomplete partial/download and Freeleech. Seeding torrent is excluded, However do not exceed 12 torrents while downloading.
To avoid this issue stop other torrent that are not downloading and if possible terminate other download not to exceed 12. Once your download are finish then you can start others again not to exceed 12 torrent download ... Also your VPN has nothing to do w/ this... Wait 1 hour until all your inactive download/upload will be cleared from the system from your profile.

Your client will allocate them - means distribute (resources or duties) for a particular purpose. and scan-check the ff content if it match. 20 pictures is the maximum for adding screenshots and covers [If you want to earn extra seed points = [1 point each picture if it is approve] ...
50 or more is becoming over rated and sometimes it is not related to the content ...
[Be aware of similar pictures as this will lead to picture spamming]
Also the system will tell you if you reach the maximum pictures upload ...
