      LOL

      It was funny.

But I guess parents ought to teach their children that bad words are useful when you use them as a escape valve, better spit the anger out than acting on it.

Of course, one thing is letting out a bad word every now and then when you are stressed and other much different is using bad words in your everyday speech.

    • RE: Songs to workout

I like listening to electronic music while I workout.  Lyrics are simple so you don't get distracted and the upbeat tempo fills you with energy.  Also if you get the Original Mixes (instead of Radio Edits) they last around 4-5 mins.

Of course it depends on the kind of music you like.  And since you're doing planks…I guess the least you need is music that makes you want to move.  😊

Here's my energy mix playlist I listen:

      DallasK - Alienz
      DallasK - Superfuture
      DallasK - Blackmail

      Ultra Naté - Automatic
Zaa - Five Minutes of Love
      Swedish House Mafia - Greyhound
      SNBRN - Raindrops

I actually like Alienz the most because it has a part where the music keeps ascending and that fills me with energy. I could just loop it for all my workout session's duration.

      Who cares?

As long as they're healthy and perky and you do hot noises when I play with them, everything's just dandy.

      Lukewarm to hot.

I only do cold showers after being in the sauna way too much.

    • RE: Choose one

For me is the next door guy.

Honestly, the model would make me feel self concious (aka uncomfortable), the 'alt' guy I would find shallow and attention calling.

Good ol' next door ga is fine with me.  The chance of more common grounds might also increase too.

    • RE: Are you attracted to guys who wear glasses?

As a glasses user myself I actually don't care if a person wears glassess or not.

Now again, some fashion gurus say that there's a right lense form and type of frame for each type of face shape, so maybe some people might capitalize on it if they choose the right glasses.

But I also view glassess as a necessity item, not a fashion one. (I can't do contacts because the thought of touching, or almost touching my eyeballs irks me so much I could spend easy an hour in the bathroom mirror struggling to get one contact on or off)

I do hate hipster glasses, I find them ugly.

And I don't like people who wear sunglasses, because you cannot look at their eyes. Some people say you can seduce someone by wearing sunglasses because the 'mystery' of not showing your eyes, but letting them feel your stare is sexy.  I call that bullshit. IT IS UNNERVING!!

    • RE: College creates a "safe space" where students can be free from white people

      This is insane.

And I agree with the channel host.  What if I'm White + Hispanic? Where do I belong to? What about people with White and Black parents? Will those with both Black parents regard them as lesser persons? Tainted persons?

I always knew all those multiracial/multicultural relationships tv tries to shove down our throats indeed looked way too advanced for the era we live in.

    • RE: SJWS - Has anyone met one?

      @raphjd:

      I don't think it's quite that.

The part I was referring to is the bit of C-16 that requires you to call someone by their personally chosen pronouns.    Traditionally, personal pronouns are HE, HIM, HIS, SHE, HER, HERS, THEY, THEY'RE, THEIRS.    Now it can literally be anything a person can imagine.

Excluding the muslim issue, Canada is only beaten for the SJW award by Sweden.

Oh. Thanks for clearing that up. But still…dammit, human relationships are as complicated as they are without all this nonsense. And somehow they manage to tangle them up more...

    • RE: "White people go around" SJW college protest @ Berkeley

      This is fucking insane…

So now minorities, empowered by the political correcteness that permeates USA's liberal party are trying to segregate whites?! The very group that gave them power in the first place...

This is just stupid and with its corresponding stupid performance: if they wanted more 'safe spaces' they could have asked without treating white students like that, heck...they could have had the support of those same white students to their cause, but no...

So now every white cisgender male is evil? This is the same crap like the one I found once in YT comments regarding some latino dude hating on white latinos (I am a white latino so that struck home) but stating he wasn't racist...because the white people are the racist ones! (WTF?!)

Wait...weren't trans students also demanding safe spaces? (Can I even say 'trans' or the SJWs here will find it racist, transphobic and demeaning?!) So then...what if you're trans but also white?  This is insane.

    • RE: SJWS - Has anyone met one?

      @raphjd:

If SJWs are as rare as you claim, then you have to explain Canada's Bill C-16.

That's the bill that criminalizes people who refuse to call people by any made up personal pronoun they want to use, among other things.

So if I refuse to call someone cisgender, or pansexual or non-binary, non comforming or whatever label they picked up in tumblr (no matter how little sense it makes to me) for themselves, then I'm commiting a hate crime?

Way to go Canada…. (It's all your fault USA, you infected the nice Canadians! D:< )

That's it. I'm going to Australia.

    • RE: Pornstache

Mmm…honestly I'm not very keen on moustaches, and I find very few men who can pull them off: all bow to Tom Selleck's pornstache.

Though...when I saw Tom Selleck without his 'stache in In&Out, I found him to look even sexier.

    • RE: How do you drink your coffee?

I used to have my coffee with milk and sugar (as it was the way I started drinking coffee when I was young).

Nowadays I just have it black and with no sugar, though sometimes I put a dash of milk or cream in it.

I also like melting chocolates or milk caramel in it to sweeten it up, but I do it very rarely (it's more like a rare treat  I give to myself)

    • RE: Adopting last name?

So…can we hyphenate our last names or not?

I honestly feel that this last name thing would degrade into very veiled power games...Which last name goes first (or which one is adopted by the other partner)? Are there maybe hidden meanings? (the first last name in the mix is from the 'dominant' partner?)

This idea is kinda weird to me because, in my country when heterosexual couples marry the female doesn't lose her family name.  Actually, the children have both their parents last names (father's+mother's, in that order) and the wife can choose to be called (in public, not officially) Mrs. Paternal last name + Maternal last name + of Husband's last name

Example: let's say a woman called Agatha Smith Souza marries a man with the last name Brown.

Her official name is still Agatha Smith Souza (remember that in Mexico we keep both our parents paternal last names) but for formal or status reasons people might call her Agatha Smith Souza de (of) Brown.

Actually the of + husband's last name seems the equivalent of this hyphenated name thing. 😮

    • RE: Things to discuss before marriage

      @raphjd:

Personally, I think everyone should live together for at least a year before getting married.   This way the "newness" of the relationship has worn off and you aren't constantly trying to impress each other.

      This.

It also makes easier to talk things out, as you have now a pretty grounded idea of how your prospective partner is truly like.  I do believe there are things that must be discussed before tying the knot though, also there are issues that will be needed to be discussed as your relationship progresses.

Btw, OP, do you happen to have a link to that NYT article? Wanna check it out. :3

    • RE: Fat people going to the Gym

I would advice not to feel ashamed at the gym.  After all, you are there because you want to change your body for the better, right?

As others suggested, if you still feel very self concious, try doing something else, like walking or swimming.  I will also stress on the dieting part like the other posters: it is essential.

You can get a personal trainer, if you can afford it, why not? And is their job to take you seriously, you're paying them.

Never give up, imagine all the things you could do with a fit body (besides getting in the sack with someone) 😄

    • RE: Gay Politicians

Honestly, it doesn't matter if a politician is gay or straight.  What matters is that they deliver what they promised.

Of course, Politics are a very dirty game and being openly gay is like drawing a mark on your back, slander and bad press are the bread and butter.

    • RE: LGBT Voters Favor Clinton Over Trump by Wide Margin: POLL

      @Loki100:

      Explanation

I see…well, thanks for clearing that up for me.  And...nope, I haven't really paid attention to the news regarding Trump, since most of them are about how people hate him or think he will ruin the economy or how he is a danger to the known world.

That stuff turns out to be quite tiring after certain point. You must concede me that.

What I don't understand is why you guys make this issue bigger, all this media and all this bitterness...Do you really feel scared about Trump? All that loud speech is just populism, just promises...just 'fancy jargon to the masses'.  The President of the United States has to answer to others, he will be unable to deliver all he promised and you can start seeing it now.

If you really want to hit Trump hard, pressure him to deliver all his promises regarding the economy and America's well-being and hold him accountable if he doesn't.  All this bad rep some democrats are throwing at him could backfire if he happens to deliver.  So I say keep a discreet stance and analize his moves.
