Ten points for a very apt simile! The situation does seem odd: While the video doesn't look at all interesting to me, it wouldn't seem to violate any rules, and it doesn't appear to have been released through professional channels that would raise a DMCA issue.

@tnar (and all others): If you click on a user's name, it will bring up their profile page. One can then click on the three vertical dots, and select "Ignore User," which I have done for a few users (including one beginning with "L") so that I don't have to read anything she/he/it posts. It's always the same thing, and I don't need to read it again.

As a related convenient feature of the forums, one can also block specific forum categories, which I have also done.

I think I'm set up OK here--I can upload and download, and I have a green check icon in the uTorrent tray. Is there a simple way to check/fix port forwarding (perhaps already handled in another thread?) I've searched online for information and I get very lengthy dissertations on port forwarding, most of which end with the recommendation that I buy their software for 30 USD or so. I'm hesitant to buy and run executables from companies I've never heard of.

Over the years I've gone through a couple of machines, several uTorrent versions, and I'm on my fourth router. It wouldn't surprise me if my migrated settings were sub-optimal.

@dwpk20 I also belong to that other site, and I notice the same thing (using uTorrent 3.5.5 here). My share ratio there is about 20, while here it's about 7. I can't offer an explanation; I only post this to affirm your observation.

I'm no expert at this, but I sometimes find myself in the same situation. Here's what I do: (I use Firefox on a Windows 10/64 machine; there may be similar approaches for other browsers, Win11, and/or Mac.)

1: I have a Firefox extension called "Flash and Video Download" that will often recognise a video on a page, and one click starts a download.
2. If that fails, I go to the Firefox menu Tools -> Page Info -> Media and scroll down the items listed and see if one is a video, and then click the button "save as." This often works, but if the address for the video has the world blob in it, the media is hidden in such a way that this won't work.
3. As a last resort, I use an app called "Cool Screen Recorder" that allows one to record the audio and video that's being shown on a monitor. It's from the Microsoft Store so it's not harmful. I won't do a tutorial here on how to use it, but it's fairly intuitive, and a little experimentation will be helpful. This is actually quite common, and most doctors have seen it many times.

A good doctor won't care if this problem was caused by exiting hard stools or entering large watermelons.

I think it's gone downhill recently--most of the content is home-made "wank in the mirror" stuff, and some horrible quality vintage clips. But, your mileage may vary so you might want to check it out. A few times I've found something good enough there that after some editing and processing, I've uploaded it here. It's very easy to download clips from there using the Firefox extension "Flash and Video Download."
