@ikpooo When the torrent file is downloaded and running in your client (such as uTorrent or whatever you use), you can select some or all of the files that you want to download--just make sure it's in your torrent list, and it will probably say something like "connecting to peers" and show zero seeders.
It will not affect your ratio until someone responds to your reseed request. Once they do, the system will record how much you've downloaded from them. You won't get any upload credit, though, because those people who connected already have the files and it's unlikely that other people will hook up to an old torrent.
Downloading the torrent file and loading in your client will count against your limit for how many torrents you can download in a given day, as well as how many torrents you can have downloading at a time. (It counts as "downloading" even if there's nobody sending you data.) You can find the limits that apply to your account by going to https://www.gaytor.rent/rationator.php
Don't be discouraged: People do sometimes respond to reseed requests. If you're not having luck, though, I recommend against sending additional requests. If somebody got a request once and didn't respond, getting another one likely won't work.
