I agree. In the US, with a name and approximate age, it's not hard to find where a person lives, works etc. I hope people who get this information are responsible with it. If models want to keep their porn life (present or past) in the closet, that's their right...although that can be hard to do.
Let's not forget that this, like all porn, is fantasy. Anything he says in interviews is also part of the fantasy. There's no way of knowing what's true "in real life," and also no reason to care.
@Estion uTorrent 3.6 is filled with bugs. My system "auto upgraded" and it was a mess, so I downloaded and re-installed uTorrent 3.5, turning "auto updates" off.
If you search the forum for the term uTorrent, you'll find a handy how-to guide for doing this, posted by @john32123666 . It works very well, keeps all your current torrents, etc.

@hubrys We should note that the book was in the library of a high school, not an elementary school. At that point, most of the kids are sexually active. And...for some of them, it will be their last formal education and thus the last opportunity for them to experience content outside of their own narrow bubble.
Also, the right-wing book burners who want government (i.e., school boards) to censor library content also rail against a nanny state that would override individual responsibility. If a parent wants to regulate what their high school student reads, s/he should step in and do so. It sounds like "Karen in Florida" wants government to take over that job for her.
@asianslut Another useful tool in Windows is Auto-Movie-Thumbnailer, available at https://funk.eu/amt/ . (It passes all the virus screens as being clean, and no, I don't get a commission, because it's free.)
The interface is a bit clunky (but not hard to use), and it has the advantage that you can take a whole folder of video files, drag it into the AMT window, and it will automatically make a preview for each video file, with the same name as the video file, but with a .jpg extension.
This is really handy if you are uploading a torrent with lots of video files--it lets users preview each video and then decide what they want to download. (I wish every multi-video-file torrent would do this.) A recent torrent upload at https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=621a84ace470aa893f627acd8bc2072f2b01bc20a40d0974 seems to have used this software.
The default settings will then be applied to each video file, and that works OK for this purpose. It can be amusing, though...in the torrent above, one of the videos was very short so the preview file had only one image--a super close-up of the guy's dick head. One could do worse...

Very true. I don't think this guy--or many of their "models"--did any other on-camera stuff. (A few of them did some "Hot Sessions" videos, but not many.) No, he used a stage name with Club 1821. The name he used with us was real, because we had to do all sorts of background checks and tax filing.

As a fine point, you'll always get a ratio of at least 1.0 with a torrent that you upload, because you have to send every piece of that file to somebody. I find that I usually have a ratio of 1.3 or so by the time my uploaded torrents are fully seeded, because some pieces will have been sent out to more than one member.
I still do get some encouragement from individuals who would send me a PM here or comment on my torrent posts

Even if that doesn't happen, I take satisfaction in seeing how many people have downloaded the material. Ah, but people will try. I worked for a while at a small firm that wanted to keep tight control over what websites staff could visit. They didn't want to invest in a commercial net-nanny service, so they had a "blacklist" of websites and character strings. One forbidden combination was s-e-x, which made it very clumsy for me to work with a colleague in the UK at the University of Essex.

I use Movavi Video Converter, which can convert almost any format to almost any other format. It also has some editing capability, such as cropping, trimming, audio levels, etc. It's 55 USD for a permanent license on one machine.
It has some nifty features, such as allowing you to select which audio and video codecs the final product has (especially good if your "smart" TV only recognises some codecs), and variable conversion quality so that you can choose the size of the output file (in case it's a bigger file, and you want it to be <4GB so it fits on a FAT32 thumb drive).

I agree. A radical take on this would be from the [late] sociologist Michel Foucault, himself a gay man, who saw "gay," "lesbian," and "bisexual" as social constructs, rather than actual categories of people. He didn't deny that GLB people exist, only that they were sociologically more similar to "left-handed people" who aren't a social category. (This is a simplification of his view.)
I'm not saying I agree with him, but it's an interesting idea to consider.

Bottom line: Yes, indeed it is complicated, but many people crave simple solutions to complicated problems. The best we can do is follow the current cutting-edge medical advice to protect our own health and the health of others. I've had my two Moderna jabs...and while I'd rather have other things stuck into my body, it's still a good feeling.
