UPDATE/EDIT:So apparently LPSG (which I hate this fucking forum so much. I guess it's a gay porn gossip site? I know of it, and yeah smh.) this entire time had some secret information. I swore I googled until the cows came home, and couldn't find this. Next court/trial docket is March 5, which is a few days from now.

So Ludwig apparently is skipping court dates (although his counsel is successfully filing motions for this for whatever reason) and it turns out he recently had a felony bench warrant for assaulting a roommate a week before this all happened, so due to that, he was transferred to another facility.

It is looking like his lawyers are trying to get "Ludwig" out on bond in the interim, and meanwhile before trial starts, on ankle monitor/gps tether. But there are other reports saying the incident wasn't premeditated, and they are talking with the district attorney to alter details about the case.

All in all, we still don't have much answers, other than a nice court update for March 5th. This entire time, you can argue which no news is good news. But it's something, and we shall see, with this case.

Almost a year to this incident, there are zero updates. Odd. But I just wanted to leave my theory as to what happened, as in my last post, I kinda just explained how I just found out about the news/shocked. Also being that the investigation or any updates or lack thereof is being publicized, I guess it's time to Unsolved Mysteries everything, and theorize etc.

Although I was unable to find any confirmed information on the guysite owner. Other than his legal/real name, no social media, not even his pictures, other than some pictures pop up, but I can't confirm/don't think it's him. I do know (or at least I believe, as maybe the cameraman was a seperate guy but I doubt?) he's the camerman as well, and when you look at the TGS clips, you could hear his voice/him interviewing/interacting with the tgs guys/and acting as director telling him how he wants his content done etc. So yeah.

What I believe, being that I was an on again/off again subscriber of the theguysite, is that the owner for whatever reason, favored/had a really strange bias towards "Ludwig" which he had his reasons, and those reasons we will never know as the site operator is sadly no longer with us.

But I do know, that theguysite since like 2004, was living up to it's name as "a guy site", to where he just featured normal/guy next door/dad bod/beer drinking dorky normal guys. He probably mainly recruited possibly drunk/under the influence straight guys. Made them sign a contract saying that he's gonna post pictures of them modelling on a pay per view site and yeah. (Although he has removed hundreds of guys [usually guys who were on the site in earlier/older years] off the site, most likely due to request of the guys no longer wanting to be on there, and he obliged and honored that.) It was a done deal, and you never saw that guy again, and rinse and repeat x1000 of these straight guys who were drunk/the site owner had damn good persuasion skills/were exhibitionists/had no idea what they were doing or getting into/dared by their girlfriends to go in a hotel room and do a solo session. Bob's your uncle, that was it. No emotional strings attached.

But it wasn't until the site got really popular, and people got bored of him having thousands of dad bod/average/standing outside a bar haggard looking straight guys jerk off in a motel room, that he started to change his content, and he now started to feature like overtly conventional appearing muscle hunks, and there were more recurring guys, and also actual sex content, group scenes, anal, action scenes etc. and even got some famous names/award winning gay porn stars on his site, which didn't hurt, and was good for his site.

During this new phase/rebranding, one of the models as I said the site owner was biased to, was "Ludwig", to where Ludwig was featured in way more scenes/content/appeared on the site at a more exorbitant rate, compared to the other guys.

Now this is where theories come in. It's also possible some of these theories could intertwine as well. So yeah.

Theory 1:Ludwig was not being properly paid. Ludwig confronted the site owner at his home, and whatever they argued/griped about, lead to what happened, happening. Doesn't mean the guy had to die/be murdered, but yeah.

Theory 2:(this theory seems to be rumored online more), Ludwig was having financial issues, and the tgs sitemaster offered to let him stay with him. Ludwig probably only saw the victim as a friend/buddy, and maybe he tried to do something sexual to him, and Ludwig snapped, and "gay panic" mode possible. Leading to what happened to have happened.

Theory 3:Ludwig regretted doing pictures/videos for tgs, and asked the siteowner to take down anything with him on it. There was a argument related to this, and what happened, ended up happening.

So I am slightly upset there have been zero new updates, or any new motions.

However. Ludwig, very gross and sickening to say, has a damn good laywer (Mark O'Hara/Zimmerman laywer) so his counsel is good, but it doesn't excuse what happened, and we have zero information or new reports.

But I feel if this goes to jury trial, anything could happen.

If a plea bargain is made, or if the case goes forward, if he pleads any self defense Florida statues, it could also make things complicated.

I really wish we could be updated in this case, but we have nothing, and that's the American legal system for ya. Smh. But the only people who know the true story as to what happened is theguysite owner, who is no longer here, and Ludwig so yeah.

Again, it's a shame theguysite owner is dead, and this is just an interesting and unfortunate case all around. But hopefully we do get more pieces of this story. Really unfortunate.

In one major study, the test subject was shown a photo of a person for 1 minute and then was timed for how fast they could find that person in a photo of a crowd/group without the use of the reference photo.

People were faster and more accurate with their own race.

People of one race that grew up in an area of mostly 1 other race found it easier to find people of that dominant race, but nothing like how easy they found it to find their own race.

The worst results came from people trying to find a person of another race while living in an area dominated by their own race.

In regards to your original argument, you were saying based on that unrelated and off topic concept, (which is actually called the "Cross Race Effect". In which a person is able to tell specific things apart from a race that they themselves belong to, and identify people of their race better. People outside that race, they say based on that concept, may not be able to differentiate as such, and come up with epithets such as, "all [certain race of people] look the same.", or get celebrities that look similar mixed up, and what not.)

But that's also bullshit, because I'm black myself. (I actually look sort of identical like Donald Glover/Childish Gambino) and I get so many famous black men mixed up with someone else, it's not funny. Athletes, entertainers, musicians/rappers. It's not funny. But based on that theorem, I should have no issue telling people of my race apart, but I do quite often.

That also has nothing to do with sexual attraction and adornment and infatuation, and preference when it comes to personal relationships and romantic relationships. I grew up in the inner city, and aside from paternal grandmother, who's best friend was a white Jewish woman, who would visit us sometimes, I grew up around black people. The only thing is, I would watch Jim Carrey movies being six years old, and thought Jim Carey was an interesting man, and he was funny and handsome and charming to me. I was also really into Backstreet Boys and NSYNC when I was in Elementary school and yeah. I was just drawn to what I was attracted to, and I had no control over that aspect.

I know I like all races of men, and I'm currently single, and will take love and a boyfriend or a partner or companion or spouse, where I find it, and it presents itself to me. It's no use, because the gay male community is very much divided as of late. Any gay man that has any sort of liberal or leftist view or opinion, or inclusive or vibrant or cultural opinion, or is different with an open mind, it's always a fiasco. Especially being a gay black man, and I try to be optimistic, and say times will change. But I think I'm possibly mistaken, and I see it now. I'm starting to see patterns. I don't want to say the "R" word is at play, but if the boot fits. People either get it, or they fucking don't. So I feel all of the above was quite probably a waste of time, but for the open minded guys on here, I hope you guys heard where I was coming from, and yeah.
