• I'd like to know how I can be notified of receiving any amount of Seedbonus points from someone, even the slightest ones? Sometimes I receive some Seedbonus points but I'm not even aware that I received them so then I have to check all my uploaded torrents to see if anyone gave them to me which is exhausting, especially when amount of my uploaded torrents grows over time…

• When I uploaded more then 20 pictures in my torrent, only 20 pictures were shown and all the other pictures were not.
• So I'd like to know if this means I can't actually upload more then 20 pics or what?
• I've seen that I can upload more pictures even after I've uploaded my torrent already, by clicking on "Edit this torrent" and then there's an option for uploading pictures so I can just click on that.
  So I'd like to know what is going to happen if start uploading more pictures in this way - are there gonna be more then 20 pics or those pictures are just gonna be replaced or rejected and I'll still have my 20 pictures uploaded?

So you'll have to find as much proofs as you can for why the opposite thoughts (better feeling ones) are more true then those you currently believe in that are causing you emotional harm.

• Also know that you can't make yourself believe into something you don't actually believe. For example, a person who really hates themselves will not be able to suddenly believe "I'm such a beautiful person, I really like myself, I'm so loveable", etc... BUT it will be able to feel something like "I really like blue color of my eyes" to be true and therefore this belief will make this person feel better about themselves.
  So you'll see which of the opposite thoughts and proofs (better feeling ones) feel like true to you and you'll be able to believe in them instead of those painful ones you currently believe in! This way you'll be able to feel good after masturbation instead of feeling bad.

• You can be writing all of those painful beliefs and opposite ones (better feeling ones) on the paper or in Microsoft Word if that will make it easier for you to handle them all.

It's your opinion that matters, not anyone else. Beside, as proven in this thread, you'll find people who likes your body just the way you are.  

I agree 100% with this! How do YOU feel about your body is the only thing that matters - you'll find people who likes your body just the way it is… so you just need to see whether you like your body the way it is or you want to change something about it and then you go and you change what you'd like to be changed or you keep your body the way it is if you like it just the way it is already!
