Prior to Trump, the US Justice Dept was considered as a-political as you could be in Government Service. Nixon tried to turn it into his own political "army", but was rebuked by the career professionals. Trump tried to do the same, and was not met with as-much resistance.

One of the few actions Biden has taken that I can actually agree with is that he's ordered the Justice Dept to be re-de-politicized, and those career professionals who went along with the Trumpy, partisan crap (like seizing phone and email records of political enemies - and even political "friends", just so you can "assuage any doubts" you might have about their loyalty) will face professional sanctions.

There is politics - to some extent - in every area of Government, but the Justice Dept (and, by inheritance, the FBI) should be an area of the Government where outright partisan activity should be banned, avoided, and bum-rushed out the door!

I do not *hate Trump. But, I dislike about Trump:

• His demands for complete fealty are fascist (or at least fascist-like)
• His sexist, racist, & nationalist policies are equally un-American
• His inability to accept defeat - with honor - is childish (I seriously doubt that he has any honor)
• He brought dishonor (even disgrace) to the office of the Presidency, and demeaned our country on the World Stage
• He politicized medical science (COVID-19 response, or denial/lack thereof) in a way that hasn't been seen since abortion-rights campaigns in the 1970s. That's going to go down in history as one of his worst moves, and quite likely what historians will attribute as a major cause of his defeat in 2020.

That said, there were things I liked about Trump:

• His trade policies were hard-line and pro-American - even if detrimental to some businesses (esp. farmers) (There's no such thing as a perfect trade policy!)
• His economic policies were pro-business (I own my own business), and proved to be quite successful at maintaining what was already an awesome period of expansion. Only something like COVID-19 could have stopped it... and that's exactly what it did.

I'd rather be vaccinated (and improve upon my magnetic personality - literally) than be unvaccinated and dead. Truth is, there's no guarantee of either:

• I have been vaccinated, and I didn't become magnetic (my disappointment is palpable)
• You can stay unvaccinated and survive (I won't mention any disappointment there - that would be crude and cruel)

It's all about "playing the odds" at this point... and, IMHO, the survival odds favor the vaccinated!

BTW: This mRNA vaccine technology will soon be unleashed on other diseases - it was created in research for a potential HIV vaccine. That may come soon, but my reading suggests that the next mRNA vaccines may be a "permanent, unified" Flu vaccine (no more getting a yearly Flu shot that may, or may-not, be effective depending on what variant in China gets a better foothold each season!)

• The vote was certified
• The winners have been sworn into office
• All performed as designated by the Constitution

At this point, there are only 4 ways to get rid of Biden before his term ends:

• death (by any means, natural or otherwise)
• impeachment (by the House) and conviction (by the Senate)
• Section 3 of the 25th Amendment (he temporarily or permanently resigns)
• Section 4 of the 25th Amendment (he is temporarily or permanently deemed unable to serve)

And *regardless of which of the 3 methods occurs, under Section 1 of the 25th Amendment, Kamala Harris becomes President (your cure is demonstrably worse than the disease!).

The selection and installation of the President is defined by the US Constitution - not State law, not Federal law... and there can be all the "buyer's remorse" you want - once the Electoral College vote is certified, there are no "take backs" - whether by fraud, miscount, or any other reason.

"Reinstatement" of Trump as President (by any means other than election to a new term) is....

If you really want to get morbid: Thanks to the precedent set by Trump's term (that a sitting President cannot be charged with a crime), Kamala Harris could walk up to Biden in a televised press conference, and in front of 200 million viewers, literally shoot Biden in the head (e.g. commit 1st degree murder on TV), and be sworn in as President 2 minutes later.

There would be no arrest or criminal trial while she was President, and if she wasn't removed from office by one of those 4 ways above, she would serve out the remainder of Biden's term. She couldn't be charged with his murder until she left office.... potentially in 2028!

Presumably, the House and Senate would act to remove her, and she would be charged then... but if it was some kind of orchestrated coup, and that didn't happen... there'd be nothing (under Law) that could be done until she was no longer President!

This sh*t is so much easier to understand if you just take the time to learn how the system actually works (read the US Constitution - it's really not that long!), instead of listening to people complain and speculate about how they think it should work...
