I'm sorry - I don't believe, and never have, that Hillary actually won the 2016 election!

I remained neutral as to the idea that Trump illegally colluded with the Russians. I was concerned that the Justice Dept. considered the President "untouchable" - and still think that is a DANGEROUS precedent!

I said at the time that, given what the Justice Dept and the Special Prosecutor said (which was that they couldn't charge Trump with a crime at that time), that the proof would be in the pudding once Trump was out of office. If he really DID break the law, but they couldn't touch him because he was President, then they'd charge him once that "blocker" was removed.

That never happened. Which leads me to the conclusion that they really did find "nothing or not enough" evidence of collusion with the Russians (or any other foreign element) to warrant a charge.

That doesn't mean the Russians (and the Chinese and Iranians - to name the biggest players) didn't work (like never before) to influence the election!

Mind you, influencing voters is exactly what every campaign does... what's new here is the amount of effort put into this influencing that was made by foreign entities! What with the Internet blurring lines in so many other parts of our lives, why not politics?

Here are some hard facts about American Politics:

• If you can lie convincingly enough to get voters to vote for you, you win
• If voters are dumb enough to believe the lies, their votes still count, and you win
• If voters are confused enough and choose to either not vote, or vote a 3rd party, and you get more votes because of it... you win

There are no intelligence tests for American Voters...

• Stupid people's votes count exactly as much as Nobel Laureates' votes.
• Racist people's votes count exactly as much as non-racist one's
• When stupid people are confused by the ballot itself and mark their votes for the wrong people - it doesn't matter (ask Al Gore) - what you voted is what you voted, and it counts - the same as everyone else's

While my own heritage is nearly all Scottish & Irish (based on a DNA test), my grandchildren are a mixed bunch: one of my daughters married a Black man, another an Asian one... my grand-babies are a rainbow of fruity colors (racially), and I couldn't be prouder or happier!

But back to the point... 2 wrongs to not make a right, and the fact that some Blacks are racist against Whites, and some Jews are racist against Gentiles, and so on -- does not give you a "free pass" for the white supremacy that is rearing its ugly head in the US today... wrong is wrong is wrong.

I have no problem when @raphjd says some BLM activists are racist... I DO have a problem with excusing the actions of KKK marchers with a "what about BLM?" argument...

The latest Trumpite defense for all this election fraud hoax is that "Hillary did it first"... which is absurd - absurd enough they have to go to the lengths above to try to support it... but there are flaws:

1. Now they want to hold up Hillary Clinton - far from a paragon of virtue and morals - as the ideal Democrat
   Why is that farcical? Because Hillary Clinton was the most despised presidential candidate in history! Not just by Republicans, but by wade margins in the Dem party too! (The 2016 election cycle set, and then broke, records for most disliked candidates... 1 and 2 in the record books!)
2. There is a difference between asserting that your opponent colluded with others (Russians, or whomever) to confuse and influence the American Voter, and thereby swaying an election...
   it is wholly another thing to claim that the American Voting System is itself corrupt and was hacked, thereby swaying an election.
   As has been discussed in here ad-nauseum already: you cannot "hack" the American Voting System - because there isn't one system to hack! There are thousands!

All of our users connect to the tracker with our torrent clients (the website is there solely for creating the connections in the torrent clients!). The torrent clients for items you are seeding tell the tracker that you still have that torrent's contents, and are still making it available.

The torrent clients for torrents you are leeching are asking he tracker for connection information with seeders (if any).

After that, the torrent client shares (uploads and downloads) data with the seeders/leechers directly.

So, the tracker can go away completely - and your current uploads/downloads will continue... you just won't be able to add any more... until the tracker comes back.

• Party affiliation DOES NOT change where or when you vote
• Party affiliation comes into play solely during the primaries... you only get to vote in the primary of the party you're registered to (which - read above - can be changed right up to the point where they "lock in" voter rolls for that particular election).

Even IF some idiot was confusing old people to change party affiliation, all it would do is increase the number of LIBERAL DEMOCRATS voting in the REPUBLICAN primaries! OOMPH!
