I think a lot of it comes from the fact that the country is falling apart and the Putin needs a distraction.

As mentioned: a report was submitted citing violation of site policy re Main Stream studio affiliation. The issue was discussed as to what constitutes that affiliation: Release, Production, Distribution etc and action was taken, then reversed and now going forward, we have a definitive resolution on the issue:

"Until further notice, the Uploading Rule:
    … Do NOT upload any themed movies that are released/produced by mainstream cinema / TV studios (see banned list)...
shall be interpreted to include distributed. This even if upper staff, including me, did in the past handle some reported torrents differently."

NO ONE should ever feel bad about reporting an upload, for any reason.  We simply can not police our entire site without your help.  Not only that, we value the input of our members.

I agree wholeheartedly and think this shows that the current model of a user provided content platform being policed by membership, does indeed function as intended.

The separate topic: Defining exactly what constitutes LGBT Themed Movies within the current context of site policy/protocol, and how best to apply an objective standard to a very subjective and diverse category, still seems to be open for discussion and debate as currently determined on a case by case basis.

As suggested by cannonmc, I have checked and what was suggested is indeed the issue: no one is downloading your completed torrent which means no data transfer (tho you still receive .5sbp/hr as long as the tracker registers you as seeding even with no downloaders)
