I imagine this varies by location but around here every landlord uses an agent now.  You used to be able to just rent from a landlord but now we are stuck with these blood sucking middle men.  They charge a fee which the tenant may or may not have to pay which drives up the cost of moving.  It cost $9000 the last time I moved.  It's insane.

You're right.  I  think even his voters expected him to do a lousy job.  They didn't care.  They would gladly sacrifice America and their freedom to keep someone with a vagina out of the oval office.

The selfish part of me is glad that this immigration battle is happening because the more time they spend working on that the less time they have to do things that impact me directly.

Oh okay, just googled and found out California is the #6 largest economy in the world (up 2 positions from what I thought) and:

California agriculture generates roughly $37.5 billion annually, more than any other state (and this article was written well before this election season, so it wasn't created just to support a Calexit argument or anything)

For what they say, I can infer California is only good in producing vegetables...where are the grains and the meat? A country can't live of broccoli and spinach alone.

CNN turned down Kellyanne Conway to appear on Sunday.  The fact that she hasn't been fired yet makes it obvious that all of the lies she has told have been intentional.  I hope other networks follow suit and reject her as well.  Let her go on Fox News every hour.

I'm so turned off with Nintendo since the Wii U.  They messed up so many things with that console.  I'll be skipping this one.  It's time they make Mario available on other platforms.

I wish there was an easier way to find torrents that need pics.

I wish you could see the uploaders ratio.  I would be more wiling to give to people with low ratios who are likely trying to improve their ratio versus giving them to someone who doesn't want or need the points.

I've been a member here for 8 years but I was never active in the forums or an uploader until recently.  I always had a good ratio so I didn't need to.  Then i had a hard drive failure and stupidly screwed up my ratio because I didn't understand the rules. It's totally my fault.  I've been here for 8 years and download regularly. I should have known.  I'm trying to get myself up to Power User status but it's not easy when you are talking about TB's of data to upload.
