With a new attitude and perspective of the site, and being one no longer concerned with accumulating bonus points, here's a tip for those who are looking for these points that were once so precious to me…
Upload screenshots to post at torrents offering that reward!
I found out that you can earn as many as 28 points per torrent, providing images to one that is open to accept additional screenshots. (Although there is a "trick" to that.)
Also, look past just the freeleech offerings. If you're concerned with having to download such offerings, and how it might have an impact on your ratio, don't be. Search the internet for other instances of the particular torrent which may be readily available elsewhere as a free download, and use that as your source for additional screenshots.
Another source often overlooked can be found in "Books and Magazines." An "image" can also be a screenshot of a page of text.
Offerings under "Images" that have room for additional screenshots can also be a simple source of points by just uploading images straight from the image files of that particular torrent. (Regarding those uploads that consist only of one single image–I've actually earned points uploading multiple "detailed" images, in the form of close-ups of different parts of the one image!)
Tens of thousands of points is not an exaggeration!

And nice to see you still here, and still finding a reason to stay; I've learned in life, that's the only way we get to stick to things (and people) and not just abandon them. We find reasons to stay.

As ironic as this sounds, did you know that you also accumulate SBP by contributing to the forums as well? With every new post and every new forum thread you earn SBP. Don't abuse this though, because the SBP can be retracted if our forum admin should find that the posts are solely for the purpose of acquiring these precious SBP.

Thank you for the info…but I no longer have as big a concern over earning bonus points as I once did.
Up until today, it was quite the opposite--always looking for points so I could make my uploads freeleech.
Now, uploading and my current uploads aren't as important to me.

You may get away with forum spamming once, but you will end up muted on the forums if you abuse this.
Also, as noted above, you will lose the points for any deleted thread/post.
Use the REPORT button to report spammers. Don't use the Help Desk for this.
