My point is if a YouTube user "BlacksforPeace" posted the edited video, how would know it had been edited? The media brings such things to light.  I don't use YouTube much, but are confident that a deceptively edited video will be exposed by another YouTube user and posted in the comments so you can easily find it?

So yes, he had every right to punch her because she engaged.  And no, it wasn't a "sucker punch" by any definition of the word.

As for the yellow jacket guy, we must be watching completely different gifs, because I see no person on the ground.  And even if there was, both sides are clearly engaging.  This isn't the event you want to cite to prove your "conservative violence" theory.  At best for you, it comes out looking the same for both sides.

"Moldylocks" literally posted that she was going to "scalp 100 nazis" before the event.  She is not innocent.  At a place where Antifa were largely the aggressors who attacked conservatives….  You can even see moldylocks going forward towards the guy to push him with both hands.  I'm sorry but if you willingly engage in a fight and attack someone, even if you are a small woman trying to attack a tall guy, you have no right to complain if you get yours.

But all firsthand reports and videos show that Antifa were the aggressors at this event.  That is intellectual dishonesty beyond normal even for you.  You have blinders that allows you to only see whatever you want to see, even if it's right in front of your eyes.

I have never once stated there were no violence by Trump supporters.  I have always argued only about the extent of violence, which is very one-sided.  I think to suggest otherwise betrays a terrible ignorance, perhaps a willful ignorance.

Here are a few headlines from the election cycle.  I made sure these stories were real and verified:

Each of these events could rightfully deserve its own thread on these forums, and I'll be happy to source any of these stories.  There are literally hundreds of headlines nationwide on violent incidents against Trump supporters.  I don't know how to get through to you that the numbers and extent are not the same.  There was an incredible amount of violence this election cycle and mostly against conservatives, more than any time in at least decades.

That's not the case.  It has become a talking about since the beginning of the presidential election cycle, when mass violence against Trump supporters were well documented with video footage.  It isn't something new based on the shooting at the conservative senators.

Nope.  I brought both statistics as well as specific incidents, so one may not claim ignorance on the issues any longer.

Here are more statistics on attacks just in America.  Note this isn't a complete list, only those incidents that are well documented.

Your own citation from HuffPo shows a massive increase in left-wing violence.

Putting faces to the statistics should bring about empathy in the average person.  Instead you downplay every incident beyond recognition - "he pushed a girl, it's just a bar brawl" - is not remotely an accurate summary of what happened.  And deep down you know it's not accurate.  It's just:

Tribalism.

The statistics make your side look bad.  Because it is.  The individual incidents evoke no empathy from you, but to be fair, it is the same with many on the left.  And that is saddening.
