There are seeders so it's definitely not a lost cause, most likely there's something wrong on your side or you just need to wait a bit more.

This error message means that your torrent client is choking on the SSL certificate. In order to get around this, you need to disable the SSL tracker in your profile. You may also need to change the announce URL in your torrent client. Specifically, change the beginning from

to

http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710/

Do you know what's the root issue though?
For one I'd rather keep using the SSL tracker. Also I don't really feel like modifying the 150+ torrent files I'm seeding or having to re-download and re-hash them…   :-[

I've been getting the following error in rtorrent since a few days:

  Tracker: [Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates]

Do you know what's going on?

I'm having the exact same issue/error on my server, which is running rtorrent 0.9.6.
From my home connection everything is working though. At least one difference is that I'm using rtorrent 0.9.8 on the home box.

So it seems like it's an issue on my server setup somehow but still feels unexpected.
I've tried to run update-ca-certificates but it didn't help.

You can seed from several IPs but never have 2 accounts under the same IP.
E.g. don't log into your account at a friend's house in case you have a friend who also has an account

Well, your domain name cannot be the only parameter worth considering. Let's say you start gaytorrent.ru but you have a strong community behind it and you realize a good portion of your users would love to be sharing more than just gay porn? Allowing that kind of content can be a good option instead of spinning up a new website from scratch.
For what it's worth there's actually some history here; GT.ru used to have a sister site for straight porn. I'm not sure of all the details and why it came to be (I'm not part of management) but eventually the sister site got closed and did not reopen, but later non-gay categories were added here.

You mean the exact torrent file right? If the announce URL is changed to GTRU's, I would assume it's alright - no?

It's not a bug, just how the original torrent file was named.
GayTorrent.ru does not rename torrent files, that's why.

Happened to my bf once, turned out it was caused by a pretty big urinary tract infection. You should go get it checked as soon as you can!
