2. Comme tu l'as constaté le nombre de sources augmente au début de la vie d'un torrent, mais va ensuite baisser progressivement. Si tu continues à partager ces torrents pendant très longtemps tu continueras à augmenter ton ratio régulièrement.
3. Continue à uploader d'autres torrents, c'est clairement le moyen le plus direct pour augmenter ton ratio

That's your main problem here, when you're new to a torrent site you should make sure you do not download any big torrents Focus on small torrents at the beginning, keep them seeding for a while, build your buffer slowly.
Also do not grab old torrents at first, as they won't get many downloads; only in the long run if you keep seeded for a really long time.

For now, keep seeding what you have, and maybe find some content to upload? That will surely get quite a few downloads, maybe some bonus points as well, all of which will help you grind that ratio back. If you upload, post a link here and I'll happily send a few bonus points your way.
