All 4 of the "standards" are based on fake ass quotas, that do not match the population of the UK, except for the 50% rule for women in the main cast.

Imagine the 2nd remake of "Lord of Flies" and how it would be nothing like the original or the book.

Isn't it sexist that a reboot of "Bridget Jones" or "Facts of Life" wouldn't be affected by the quotas, because they are female focused.

The BBC already has the 35% rule in casting, despite the UK population isn't like that.  That is nearly 3 times higher than the actual figures.  That shows that "equal representation" is a lie.  There's a similar requirement for behind the scenes staff, but I don't remember what it is.  I remember that its inflated like in front of the cameras, but I don't know by how much.

The urinal policy related only to the Portland Building, not to all public buildings. The city itself owns and manages the building, so the notion of a "ban" on urinals was illogical and misleading

The "gender pay gap" is total bullshit.

It's based on all people working full-time jobs and averaging out their hourly wage.  It excludes all other factors, such as women work, on average, 9 hours less than men, across the western world.  It doesn't look at professions either.

It also excludes part-time work because women earn more.

According to the AMA and BMA, women make up less than 5% and 4% (respectively) of brain surgeons, which is the highest-paid medical professional, excluding hospital admin.  Bone surgeons are are the 2nd highest paid, but women make up less than 8% in both countries.  Women flock to the lowest-paid doctor specialties (dirty vag and brats) with all most no "on-call" time.  I mean, how often is there an emergency pap smear?
